Morgan's Espresso — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

Where do I start? (Aside from waiting in the car forever....)The girl finally opened the drive thru window but just to greet us. Then shut it in our face again:-(. I gave up waiting for to open the window again and take our order. So I rolled my car window up because we were super cold.We were kinda off in a hurry. She made us be even more late by having us wait there for a long time. Once she opened the window again she said: "what can I get for you?". We told her our order and she said "we are out". She offer options, which was nice. We went with one of her options. She said she could only toast 3 bagels at a time though. We told her that was fine. Although we need it 4. We would wait, since she said it would be quick. Well...at end after all that waiting, we decide to just go to a different Morgans. We let the barista know to and her attitude change drastically. She got very rude attitude about it. She angrily told us she already had 2 bagels in the toaster. Which meant the toaster actually fit 2 bagels and not 3!(she lied)At the end she's like "fine just leave."I was shocked! Someone wasn't having a good morningor is definitely not a morning person.We ended up going to Sedro Woolley Morgans which has WAY BETTER service and FRIENDLIER employees. So unless your in no hurry in the morning and you are up to dealing with a sarcastic barista feel...

Great coffee, always friendly BUT the wait time is unbearable. Every time I stop there I have to wait for 15-20 mins just to get to the window. We live very close by and if there is even a single car in line we will bypass and stop somewhere else or you’ll be waiting forever. I’m not sure what the hold up is. Today we decided to try again and stopped with two cars ahead of us and 13 mins later the first car was still at the window. We left for another stand, on the way back we passed by and the car that had been in front of us was just leaving. I don’t understand what’s happening. If they could fix that issue it...

The quality and consistency of drinks are pretty inconsistent from the few times I've gone here. I like the taste of strong latte's, and I get an extra shot of espresso in my drinks to satisfy my taste. I have been here before where it tasted fine, but today (and the last time I went), I hardly tasted any espresso and the latte was overly milky tasting, which is a disappointment when you spend $8 or $9 on a coffee that you won't end up drinking.
