Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

The so called General Manager Brianna Pruitt, should be fired, post haste! I will never, not ever give this place my business again, due to the employees. Savannah and Brianna were both extremely rude and spoke to me as though I was one of their friends and showed me no respect. I was absolutely, understandably upset that this place wanted me to pay almost 20.00 for a salad to be delivered to the same address that a pizza I literally just ordered 3 min prior, was coming to. Then the delivery driver comes to my house and knocks on my door whe the sign NEXT TO THE DOOR clearly says, DO NOT KNOCK and the ran to his car and drive away as fast as possible, once he realized it! Well what Brianna didn't realize is, I'm one of those customers that does not at all, ever tolerate being disrespected and will be contacting the corporate office first thing and notifying them of the lack of professionalism and they disrespect that they're so called general manager shows their customers. Whether a restaurant or any other type of business is a franchise or not they still have corporate guidelines to adhere to and I doubt very seriously that Pizza Hut code of conduct manual states that they must show customers, complete disrespect and be lacking of professionalism at all times lol. I will be contacting their corporate office in the morning because one thing I will not ever tolerate from any person that is working out of business that I am doing business with at that time is disrespect, ever!!! I placed a late night order online. While waiting for my order I dozed off and woke up to an alert saying my pizza was delivered. No one had been to the door and no pizza outside.

I called and I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that answered the phone, but she was very friendly in just answering the phone. I explained that I hadn’t received my order and she politely told me that the address on my order was a different address from my actual address (this was my fault completely).

Without hesitation she rectified the situation and as I type this I’m eating this delicious, fresh pizza. I left an extra tip to the delivery driver for him having to come back out so close before closing.

To the young lady who answered the phone; thank you! My wife is sick and I am trying to get caught up on school work. The last thing I wanted to think about was having to cook. Even though I made a foolish mistake you were very kind and even told me “accidents happen!” Your customer service is vital to a company. Your professionalism and customer service is what turns a negative experience into a positive one. Pizza Hut is lucky to have you as an employee.

The delivery driver was friendly and didn’t seem upset that he had to redeliver the same order so close to closing time.

I will be ordering from Pizxa Hut more often due to this...

I have had numerous issues with this Pizza Hut. Most recently I ordered 3 pizza's and a 20 oz. Pepsi to be delivered. I was told the wait time was 45-60 minutes and I was fine with that. The delivery came on time however we realized at the door that they had forgot my drink. Slightly annoyed but I was willing to move past that. I set the pizza down on the table and call my family in for dinner. After which I open the boxes to find that these are not at all, not even close, to what I ordered. It was completely wrong. After calling and speaking to a manager, there was no fight or issue they agreed to re-make the pizza and send it back out...in another hour. Now 2 hours into the process of having family dinner, the new pizzas arrive. Yet again, no drink... I don't know why but this is not the first time they have forgot the drink and what has confused me even more now is WHY ON EARTH I ORDERED FROM THEM AGAIN!?!? I called again (the 3rd time) and told a manager I still did not get my drink. They offered to give me a "$10 Credit to my account" a nice offer but I don't ever plan to order from them again.
