Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Mountain View

I went to this location because my niece had her basketball banquet here. I haven't had Mountain Mike's pizza in a long time. I was not impressed with the price of the pizza's. For a large pizza $25.99. That is really ridiculous. The pizza isn't all that great. I would have to say I love how stretchy the cheese is on the pizza. My brother ordered a large pineapple, barbecue, sausage pizza. When I tell you it was disgusting it really was. The pizza was very soggy and it was not good. My nephew refuse to eat it because it wasn't tasty. The price of the pizza's at this place needs to be lowered because the pizza's are not worth the price. Bread sticks were not flavorful. Customer service was great. The machine that dispenses drinks was not working so we were forced to get bottled drinks. This place only had soda and I don't drink soda. They should have a variety of drinks such as tea's, and flavored water. Would I go back here again...

Came in for the weekday lunch special. All you can eat for under $20 bucks. Or all you can eat salad for $9.99. I chose the $20.00 special with included pizza, salad and a drink. Everything was great. The lettuce was almost empty but he refilled it after I paid. The pizza selection was very full and I had my choice of 6 different style pizzas. My only complaint if any, was the drink cup size. If you like ice in your glass, the drink ounces are approx 5 ounces. Without ice, probably an 8 oz. cup. I am glad I sat across from this soda fountain because with that size cup, my refills were constant. I get that they do not want to waste soda but I did pay for all you can eat. Suggestion: maybe limit this size...

The pizza was very good but my experience on the phone was very bad. On tues, March 31st I called at 3:55pm to order be phone a pizza delivered and left at my door after knocking to avoid any personal contact. I live 2 miles away and despite my directions after a knock on the door I was told that I had to sign a receipt and did I wabt to add a tip. I had orderered and told the phone order taker that there would be no tip and was told the bill would be 27 dollars. I signed the dareceipt but was not left a copy. I do no appreciate the exposure at this time and the lack of response to my directions. Shoyld hire better people to represent...
