Craft 2700 — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

Responding to the horrible response of the restaurant; when we walked in, your bar was NOT full. We couldn't sit at it because the seats were high top seats and one of our party members had knee surgery. We asked "your" DJ if there was going to be regular music. He told us that there would be regular music in the back room so that's where we went! There was NEVER regular music being played in the back despite us being told there would be. The table we were going to sit at was NOT set up for anything yet! The drinks that you took so long to "CRAFT" were a mojito, a soda, and two beers! NOT sure why they would take so long to "CRAFT"! It's quite shocking that you care about the couple eating but you do not care about a party of 4 who was going to spend money there aĺl night. Instead of you taking the feedback of my review and apologies for your downfalls, you decided to be combative and state our experience with your place was false! This is most likely why your restaurant is never full and why you have to cancel events like comedy shows all of the time! Maybe you should listen to your customers! MY review is 100% truthful! They advertise an "AMAZING" Halloween party only to find out that it is a depressing BORING EMPTY PLACE. we get there and sit at a table only to be rudely told we "need to move because that's where they are playing beer pong". half an hour later, we get a waiter to come up to us and take our drink order. we were literally the ONLY people in the whole room! see picture! it took half an hour to get drinks. AGAIN, NO ONE WAS THERE! they had karaoke in the other room with about 10 people singing depressing songs that would make a normal person depressed! the dj finally asked the 10 people to please start singing up beat songs! we got our food an hour later and it was ALL WRONG! so we decided to leave. we went to a little hole in the wall bar down the street that had 10x the amount of people there! I went to this restaurant June 7th, 2024 for lunch with my partner who’s a handicap person. We came right at opening time, we are very familiar with this restaurant as we have came before and have had good experiences in the past. This day specifically we had a waitress named Desiree S. The rudest waitress we’ve ever had an experience with. It states on the menu that a “10 piece wing” is 12.00 so we went ahead and ordered not knowing their new menu modifications because it was never explained to us and the menu remained the same. She brought us the wings and it was an 8 count instead of 10. My partner questioned her for the menu and pointed out we weren’t getting what we were paying for, she immediately got defensive and stated she’s “just a waitress” and told us the menu had changed but the changes were never officially made on paper. Coming from someone who has a business herself, this was faulty by withholding this information from the customer, it’s her job to make sure the customer is aware before ordering that there has been changes made in the menu and that they will not receive what they ordered. Moving forward my partner asked her to take the wings back and she was very, very upset. She then comes back with our entree and smacks our plates on the table. She comes back around with our refills later on and smacks the cups on the table making a mess of ice and soda on our table. She then brings the menu again and asks rudely if we’d like to check the prices again. And when she drops our check book she throws it on our table to then hypothetically wave us out the restaurant saying have a good night with a smirk on her face. We have been to Craft 2700 about 5 times now. In the summer for karaoke. We sat out back outside at that bar. That was cool. But since then we've sat inside the bar. They have so, so many craft beers here I don't know how many because I don't drink but my two sons do drink them and they have a lot. The food is out of this world. So many people come in and sit in the booths in the back where the dining room is for dinner and some eat at the bar. Last time we were there I had the crab dip, super good. But the mozzarella sticks, they didn't call them sticks on the menu it's something else, but anyway they come out rectangle. You get 2. They're pretty nice size. I told the bartender how awesome they were he said they make them from scratch in the kitchen!!!! Home made, wow!!! You've got to try them. You won't regret it. My older son had chicken fingers and fries can't go wrong there! My youngest son had some type of hamburger and it looked extremely good. He enjoyed it very much. And, my ex-husband, yes my ex and I are best friends actually and hang out with our grown kids. He had wings. Peppercorn ranch if I'm not mistaken. He sampled a new craft beer he wanted to try they have now for autumn and he liked it so he got that. I just had a Miller Lite. I'm purely a " beer alcoholic" myself!!! Lol. No, I never really drink. I had one and that was it. But we love the bartenders there, they're all nice, polite, on top of serving you. The atmosphere is nice.
