I’m pretty particular when it comes to event decor and finding someone to bring my vision to fruition. I’ve strive to come up with different themes to host birthday parties for my children because I like to stray away from trends. It was about a week before my son’s 4th birthday party. I searched online for like 2 days and came across OMG! Jasmine and I spoke on the phone for maybe 15 mins, she sent over a quote which was reasonably priced. She was in constant contact me throughout the week and showed up on time the morning of the party. By the time she was done creating her magic, she had bought my vision alive! It was cutest theme ever thanks to her talented hands and creativity. So of course I called her 3 months later and she delivered once again for another event I held. I truly love her work and would recommend her to everyone I know!

This place is terrible. It was unorganized and dirty. They were blaring music. I bought 4 helium filled Mylar balloons, 3 were fine but one was flat by the time I got home. They told me they are not responsible for balloons once they leave the store and would do nothing to make it right. Beware.

I had a wonderful experience at OMG Party Store! The owner was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about helping customers create memorable events. I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed while planning my upcoming birthday party, but the staff immediately put me at ease.

They assisted me in selecting the perfect decorations and party supplies, and even offered creative suggestions I hadn’t considered. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

I placed an Order for 3 Dozen latex Balloons along with 2 18" Mylar Balloons. I was in a car accident and could not pick them up in time before they closed. I called on 2 separate occasions and asked for a store credit even if it could not be for the full price and was told that "SORRY NOT OUR CONCERN, no refund is allowed." I currently work for the school System and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CORPORATION or THIS LOCATION ON NORTH 5th STREET in READING PA.
