Smoke Shop & Vapor Lounge — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

Recently started vaping and knew little to nothing about it. I went to this shop on a suggestion from a friend and am extremely glad I did. They were helpful and knowledgeable on all the different vapes and what each ejuice brand had to offer. The prices were great as well.

One issue I had was with my screen on my iStick pooping out on me less than 24 hours after purchase. I called them with the issue, they had a look at it, and after seeing that they could not fix it, they exchanged it for a new one. I was expecting them to give me a hard time, but they met all of my needs and expectation as a customer with not only the sale, but the issue that arised.

My friend wants to buy a vape and I am definitely bringing her here. I will also highly suggest to anyone who wants any tobacco product...

Just spent $20 on a Vape to go home and it not work you guys don’t do returns it’s freaking horrible when people buy booze because they’re cheaper than cigarettes. Do you think about that but I guarantee you if it was one of your coworkers friends to hang out there you would gladly return those merchandise. I typically always go to The smoke shop on 222, all the way up past Redners Gas is called express smoke place.. I guarantee you, they would not have give me a hard time they have awesome customer service. You guys are taking a vantage of people on an electronic Vape that the battery can be faulty. you can clearly see it was blowing up smoke, but it only let me puff it twice and the battery went dead. What is exchanging me a $20 Vape really gonna hurt your pockets because...

A small shop with personality inside. I have been going to this shop for 3 years. The employees are great and very knowledgeable about their products and others sold that they might not carry.
