OppShop — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

It used to be good but now looks like nothing is getting donated , I found that very odd , pure junk is left on the floor , because I don’t believe for a second that there’s so little being donated there, someone from corporate needs to put some order., I donated a truck full of food items a while ago and went to see if the items were on the floor and nothing was on the floor that’s kinda fishy, next time I give away items myself to ppl for free. Great prices, organized, nice selection of items. ** I posted my original review 2 years ago. My opinion has changed since then. I frequent many thrift stores, basically all of them except gdwill. I don't know if you are having trouble getting donations but every time I visit the shelves are basically empty or overpriced. Clothing is overflowing but overpriced. Most of the clothes is from Waart or really old clothes from K*art. Store needs an overhaul. I will continue to browse periodically though, never know...

Went to 6 thrift stores in reading and this was my second favorite one. The prices were fine — more expensive than I’d like but not more expensive than area stores. It was 40% off on the day and it looks like there are different color deals during the week. I found several good things, mainly clothing. The check out was a little less organized than I’d like, but I was able to use my card and leave with my things, which was successful.
