Arby's — Restaurant in Mukwonago

Yesterdays staff was stellar, fast, friendly and had my whole order hot and ready for me in less then 20 mins. Before yesterday I had not had Arby's in 20 years. It was so good I wanted to come back today. 5-15-2020. I ordered for all the guys at work. Nearly 60 dollars in food and drinks. It took me over 7 tries to get the order correct at the speaker. The drinks just as long. I get the drink and realize they are still wrong. When the manager brings the food out (Had to pull forward and wait, normal)i tell him my drinks are wrong. He says he'll be right back with the correct drinks, never comes back. Takes me about 37 to get home from that location. Get home all the the drinks are the wrong drink. The foods correct but the fries are cold as well as the sandwiches. Manager called me back to offer me some coupons. Really disappointed. First...

REALLY LONG wait inside... 20-ish minutes for our carry out on Sunday afternoon. Small seating area, too. I think more people chose to come inside expecting quicker service than the drive thru... We were all wrong! UPDATE.... Gave them one more chance Memorial Day weekend and that was just as disappointing because the food and dine-in service were still very poor. The fries were cold, they put just one small slice of roast beef on a slider and the barbecue brisket sandwich was filled with fatty brisket and overcooked mini onion rings. Plus, it was half the size of what I have seen advertised on the commercial and their menu board... Not worth the price! This location will never get my business again unless they change the management, their customer service and...

I used 2 coupons that were from the free grocery ads bundle in mailboxes each week. I used 2 classic roast beef sandwiches, 2 small curly fries, mozzarella sticks and 2 small beverages for $8.88. I added 2 more classic sandwiches with the 2/$5 coupon thinking the sandwiches would be small. The sandwiches were plenty big, so I won't order extra ones next time. The fries were also very generous portions and I love the seasoned coating on them. I loved the cheese sticks in the included marinara sauce too! Arby's has Propel for a beverage which was good. There were 4 of each sandwich sauce in the bag per my request. They included plenty of napkins. Everything tasted...
