Terrible customer service I ordered pasta bowls got the tiniest burnt pasta bowls and they didn't add my bacon on either I called to let them know and their response we didn't see the bacon and hey at least you didn't get charged for the bacon yeah because your site has it to when you click the bowl the bacon comes with it that's not excuse to not honor the order correctly and thank goodness I didn't get charged for it because I STILL wouldn't have received it. Then he proceeded to tell me the pasta bowls have 5oz of pasta in them and they charge $6.99 for that let's do some math 6.99÷ 5oz=$1.40 per oz of pasta that your paying so I was intrigued I went and looked up what's the price for penne noodles you can get (that's the noodles they use) you want to know what I found of course you do for a 16oz box of penne noodles it $1 wow and probably cheaper for them because they are a company I mean come on really I would have left a positive review if he would have just said hey look I apologize we messed up can we make you new ones or give you a free desert on the next order something you know? But no he said thank you so much for letting us know it's not charging customers for the bacon and thank goodness at least you weren't charged ...terrible customer service my recommendation don't order the pastas or better yet don't order dominos do better for the people of mukwonago I mean jeez is it so much to ask for a decent fair meal in town this is why so many folks don't eat in town! Read moreTerrible experience the manager kyle clearly doesn't know how to treat customers. I called with a simple request can you please make my wings well done. I worked at a pizza place so I know it's not rocket science I mean you just putthe wings back through once more and pull them out half way through. Immediately gave me attitude. As a fellow mukwonago business owner I would never speak to someone that way his response was " I'm busy with 12 orders I'm not going to make any promises we don't have time to put the wings back through when we are busy...." which I do understand being busy I get busy to sometimes HOWEVER a correct response would have been " I can most certainly do that however just know your wait time may be a little longer because we are busy right now" and let the customer decide if they want to wait or not. Nope I just got basically flat out no we don't have time for that...this is EXACTLY why pizza hut didn't make it and they won't either because you got kids leading kids with attitudes and it just doesn't make for a professional experience. I even suggested ok i mean i can wait longer thats fine i would rather do that then send back my wings for them Not being well done and he said well if your going to just threaten that then ill cancel your order right now. Read moreASAP order online said 22 minutes so we placed it. I showed up about 40 minutes after placing the order. and they said it would be at least another hour and a half. I said ok I'll be back and left, but then decided to cancel the order once I was already across town so I called them. I was put on a hold line and eventually someone just picked up the line and hung up on me. I called again and started driving to the location. The phone was still ringing when I walked in the doors and they just were ignoring it. Eventually they canceled the order, but now I'll have to watch my credit card statement to make sure they actually followed through and canceled it properly or if they continued to screw over the customer. I understand the online estimate is just an estimate, but 22 minutes compared to 2 hours, come on. I also know it's not 100% on the employees at this location, but considering the experience this is on the employees there at that location and also on corporate. Step it up Dominos.
