So pretty upset on 7/5/25. Ordered on the app. This is the only way to get some of the deals. Placed order got 2 subs and the doritos nachos. Went to pick up they said they were no longer doing the nachos. My husband said you have a sign up right there. The guy responded we had it down but a subway auditor came around and said they had to put it back up or they were gonna close them down, it didnt make sense to me but we just got the big cookie and called it a day. So get home his sub was fine he ordered the ham. I opened my sub up which was a cheese steak sandwich. On the app it ask you to toastthe bun or not, I put not toasted. They did not even heat the steak or cheese up, which is how it always comes, who wants cold steak and cheese and they never put the mayo on it, whick is how I ordered it. My husband called the store, they said it asks you on the app if you want it heated or not and it doesn't not and never has. It is always hot sub. Then to go there to receive s replacement sub, the guy argued with him, they made the sub which was still not right and he asked them not to make the new sub untill he got there and they said fine, but they remade it before he arrived. Anyways he couldn't get refunded unless they have the whole order. Really upset dissatisfied and angry. Food is very expensive and I'm not paying for something I cannot eat and not going to argue with an employee where I know I am right. So rude. All because they wanted to close at 6pm on a Saturday. Read moreI live in the area so I go here often the staff has always been very friendly and the place is always clean when we go. my husband and I really love to go. The only issues was the boss! This incident made my husband not go back. We went in one day and the boss was working on the floor with the other employees It should be an awesome experience to see because it's so rare to see that happened. When we got to the counter the boss took our order, this is where it goes South, The boss started picking our entire order judging and laughing at us for what we got but we only got 2 subs and my husband and I like to add a couple extra things but not much Like different types of cheese and meat, but I didn't think there was anything wrong with that since it is Subway and you can build your own sub! when I asked him to add a couple extra olives because he literally only put 7 or 8 on my sub (I'm not exaggerating). He told me that, that is how many a sob is supposed to get and I should be grateful and reluctantly put 2 more on the sup. I was literally in shock! And wouldn't stop going on and on about how much his storemakes and how he is a lucky man, overall just being really stuck up and pride full. I have been back a couple times and I haven't seen him thankfully But my husband hasn't been back in several Months. Other than the stingy boss. Read moreThis is coming from an ex Subway employee! This subway is so disorganized when it comes to its lunch hour rush. Three workers including the Manager/owner working the lunch rush...they where all over the place hopping over each other, running in the back to stock ingrediencies, asking the customers the same questions multiple times. What really floored me about the entire experience was the online orders!!! Since when do online orders come before the customers standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!! I stood in line for 15 mins on a 30 min lunch break to get to the front of the line to be told" I am sorry I have to make these online orders first". I ordered a 6" sandwich! Get it together Manager/Owner!!! Here is a tip, have 1 person ringing, 1 person on veggies and 1 person staring it off at the meat station! Work on online orders in between. Stick to your station and things will move along a lot quicker, I promise or get more help!!
