Wendy's — Restaurant in Mulberry

Wendy's has been pretty rough lately. I don't know if it's poor management, or just being short handed so they'll hire whoever. But several times have gotten old fries that had to have been sitting for a good while (Fries are only good for approximately 7 mins after cooking) which is surprising with how busy they are that they wdn't be continually needing to drop fresh batches in the fryer. Used to love Wendy's fries because they used to be one of the few places that used little salt and didn't oversalt now can't eat them their more over salted many times lately than mcds it's very hard to over aalt them more than mcds already does but they've been mostly old and way to salty have had to give them to my dogs. They did have a great fish sandwich they cooked fresh then discontinued it. Have not been given straws for drinks many times, and one night in my grandsons spicy nugget kids meal we got 2 boxes of fries and no nuggets, manager was great when we called but had to wait again 15 mins in line to get to the window like when I ordered only to have the girl at the window be rude, unapologetic for the mistake, and practically threw the bag at me. This location shows 2am as their closing time on Google; however, the store apparently closes at 10pm. They should update that on google so people don't get upset. Ordered delivery around 9:25pm and got charged for 2 medium frostys that never got delivered. I will most likely not get refunded. When I called and I asked where my frostys were I was told they didn't have any because they close at 10pm. What a joke. So certain locations can just close 4 hours early? Not to mention they just shut down the frosty machine 35 mins prior to their new closing time even though they know that is the main reason people go to Wendy's. The Jr bacon cheeseburger didn't have any of the modifications (ketchup, mustard, and pickles) I requested and the burger is the size of a slider. So I would suggest spending your money on a real burger somewhere else. Lesson learned this location is trash. This Wendy's completely falls apart at night. The night shift doesn't want to do thier job, there can be 3 cars at the drive thru and each car has to wait at the speaker box a minimum of 10 minutes or longer to even place thier order. They are now using some kind of Ai ordering system but it doesn't help if the employees are too busy talking. This has been consistent issue for a long time too. I.dont know if there's no manager on night shift and they are just leaving the kids to do it all which just leads to them goofing off. The only time I have ever seen this Wendy's doing a good job at night was when there some guy that looked like the owner directing employees. He was the only one not dressed in a Wendy's uniform amd everyone seemed to be on thier best behavior. Never really have issues during day shift but it depends too cause there is a lazy shift and a worker shift. I usually find it lame to review a fast food place but this one consistently aggregates me with the time it takes to get a late night dinner when everything...
