Absolutely the worst expirence. The waitress was extremely rude. We sat for atleast 20 minutes before even asked what drinks we want. After ordering our food we sat for an hour more and watched 2 tables that got to the restaurant after us get their food before us. The tables on each side of us were dirty the whole time we were there. A water puddle on the floor to the way to the restroom never got cleaned up and once we decided we weren't going to wait any longer we let the waitress that barely got on shift know what was going on. Before we complained a table a couple tables down was complaining about her as well. The waitress that just came into work called the Manager and they didn't charge us for the drinks and apologized but the waitress went up to us and began arguing with us and the ladies in the back cooking were yelling at us telling us it was ready at that point we were done. While we were leaving another table got up and left too because they were sitting for awhile and were...
Read moreWe were in town for work. We will be in town regularly and thought to add this place to our rotation. Between us we would have dropped 75-q00 dollars. When we walked in a waitress told us to sit anywhere. However, a large sign by the entrance said we could not sit at a dirty table and nothing g clean would hold all 5 of us. We stood awkwardly around for 3 to 4 minutes being completely ignored by the staff. A sweet couple left and said we could have their table, but it was dirty so we just stole one of their chairs and sat it at the end of a booth. We sat in that booth for another 4 to 5 minutes and were utterly ignored by three staff members. We decided to leave as our lunch break does have a time limit! Went to Leah's instead. Service and food amazing as usual. I guess we we just give them all of our business when we're in town. I'd recommend you do the same. I'm 46 years old and this was in the top 3 worst service at an eating...

JOHN AND I, Robin Hill, are here mid afternoon today, Prior to going I called Dinner Bell to see if they allowed service dogs, I was told yes as long as they where on a leash. While we where there a couple local customers left because of our dog. Then the old man came back to see if the lady with the dog was still there. The waitress told him yes and of course he started his rude comments how that was nasty and so forth. Other customers was appalled at this man's attitude. I thanked those customers personally and the waitress that dealt with the old man. We choose the least busy time around 330 to eat to avoid a busy time. This is America and that man was a true Texan I thought. But showed otherwise.. I would love to thank the Dinner Bel, the owner the waitress and the few customers that where on our dogs side. We will surely visit again when in Muleshoe and I must add food was good and...
