McDonald's — Restaurant in Muleshoe

I was at Allsups getting gas and wanted to eat at McDonalds but noticed that staff was blocking the front not letting people in but did let a couple vehicles come through so I thoughtt hmm I wonder if their doing a fundraiser or if their open for service so I left Allsups and pulled up to the front on side of road in front of McDonalds and rolled my window down to ask the girl a couple questions one if they were open or if they were doing some kind of fundraiser cause I would have donated money. I was very rudely yelled at and she never answered my questions and was told to go get out of there I needed to leave yelling at me as I only asked a question then another lady staff that was standing closer to the building started screaming at me and the girl that was by my car yelling at me told the other lady that she was trying to get me to leave but I wasn't listening. First of all that was very uncalled for I only asked 2 questions and never was told what was going on was just yelled at to leave and I could not pull off due to traffic so I finally did get to leave and went back to Allsups and was told there was a gas leak and they were waiting for the gas company. Ok but the manager of this store needs to train these employees how to talk to customers in a professional manner this was so rude hateful and makes me not want to come back as long as those ladies are employed here. They should have told us in a nice way what was happening and no problem I would leave as I did anyways but to yell and scream at someone like I'm a dog is so wrong and something should be done. I did not get these ladies names but I do remember their faces very well and this was down right mean for them to talk to me this way when I was just asking a question. My husband and I have not visited a McDonalds in 30 year. However, today we felt safe stopping in Muleshoe,Texes. We had been traveling for 6+ hours and we needed to take a break.

We ordered our full meals. Sat down at our table waited for our number to be called. Meals came out quickly with no cups. Had to ask for cups. The young lady spun around quickly grabbing three cups dropping one and hands them other 2 off as if it was a baton in a foot race. Then head to chit-chat with friends. I went and filled our drinks and was looking for ketchup in my bag. Return to the counter, interrupt the young ladies private conversation to ask for ketchup. Boy, if you like lots of ketchup, interup a good private conversation. You receive a big hand full. These are young people learning to work their first jobs most of time. They are all forgiven. They are kids!

Then there was the assistant manager or manager (wearing lighter purple shirt), walking to and from supply closet or janitorial closet in the dining area watching and waited till our food was pulled out and all on the table to walk over to the table next to us to ask my husband and I (in an unfriendly manner) to move across the dining room because there was a young lady deep cleaning the seat and we would be in the way. Then she quickly turned and walked away.

This would not have been a problem if I had not been sitting there before waited for our food. The young lady did not say anything. The assist/manager never said anything either. It was only when we had placed the food on the table was there a problem.

I sit here thinking of all the of customer service training that is available for those in lead positions this should not be a problem in any business. This reflex negetive on...

I went in and ordered on the computer b3cause nobody would talk to me, the I got my food and all condiments were wrong, I told them I just need the mayonnaise and Mac sauce and they started acting like I was wrong! I told them I don't want the food thrown away to waste i just need condiments and the lady said she would ask the cook what to do then the cook started making mean jokes about me as a customer in spanish not knowing I know spanish so I kept quiet hoping my food would atleast be good. They took 10 minutes threw away everything even 2 sandwiches that were fine and not wrong, even though I told her, I then told her yall are moving to fast and not listening and she got very mean and disrespectful but I wasn't being ugly I just saw the problem. I wish something would change I spend hard earned money to eat the cheap food and get treated like an idiot...but they ask what...
