⚠️My girlfriend’s drink did not taste right as we got going down the road not even half a mile away and when we pulled back through the drive thur we explained that the drink was not made right and tasted very off. The girl helping grabbed the manager and the manager came back out and proceeded to tell my girlfriend it was her fault and she ordered it and she can drink it and deal with it since she ordered it wrong when the drink was clearly made wrong. The manager was very unprofessional and not only that couldn’t even talk to us without putting his ecig down and talked with it in his hands the whole time. It’s a shame because we go here everyday and since the manager made my girlfriend cry and told her it was all her fault I don’t think we will ever be back here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOUR DRINK IS MADE WRONG!!! ⚠️

Hey 7Brew Muncie, you have a training opportunity in customer service and or inventory management here. Why are you still charging people the same rate for a drink when one of the main ingredients is one you ran out of, and had to substitute it?

A lot of people order the white chocolate mocha so I definitely understand you may run out of mocha mix. But mixing some dark chocolate with milk is not exactly a valid substitute.

I tried the drink in front of the person that handed it to me, told them it does NOT taste the same. They offered no solution only repeating that it is fine and the same thing. I call BS and I’m pissed I had to spend $15.00 for my son and I to have a couple drinks and you couldn’t even make the expensive drink with the “triple-7” add on,...

While this business is close to home, i have only been here x2. This visit was a nightmare. I ordered a green tea latte with lavender and got a nasty brown coffee drink after waiting 20 minutes in line. The line started at the back of the store. When i told the girl my drink was wrong, she kinda rolled her eyes, and eent back inside to make it. I didnt want the foul drink I was given. "Oh we cant take drinks back", she stated. I thought about dumping it out right there, but asked to please throw it away. I eventually got a green tea minus the milk and lavender. No apologies for making it wrong, sorry for the long wait, nothing. I was made to feel like I was a bother, when I wasn't the one who made tge drink wrong. Don't worry I wont have to ever...
