Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muncie

I took my daughter here just the other night we went through the drive thru and we ALWAYS check our bag at the window before we even pull off because if we pull off then we have to go all the way around back through the drive thru and wait in the long line again just to have something replaced that should have been made right or in our bag to begin with (that's why there's usually 2 people at the window) 1 to take your order and 1 to collect money and make sure EVERYTHING is in the bag. But as we were sitting in the drive thru the lady that took our order opened the window back up and RUDELY asked why we were sitting at the window and i replied we were just checking our bag because sometimes we are missing items. She waited with the window open and my daughter saw that there was a 5 layer burrito missing so I told the lady and handed her our bag, before even looking in our bag she said that she saw my daughter take something out of our bag and hide it beside her. She proceeded to get hateful with myself and my daughter who is 15 and told me that she watched my daughter take the burrito from the bag and put it beside her in the seat. My daughter opened the back door (facing drive-thru) and said do you want to search me over a burrito and for your information ma'am it's the little bit of napkins you gave me and grabbed the napkins and held them up. The drive thru lady then went through all the contents of our bag and what the mix up was over was they didn't properly wrap one of the burritos so the 5 layer had been in the bag the whole time but as she went through everything she wrote on the wrapping what that specific item was but when she was all done she looked at us and said in the most hateful way possible that "the 5 layer was in your bag the whole time" so my daughter and I both apologized said we were sorry for holding up the drive thru we were just wanting to make sure we had everything so we didn't have to come back through the long line and the lady working then pretty much threw the bag at me and just said "yep, next time you have to go around". I then explained EVERYTHING to her like before about why we go through the bags and we aren't the only ones that check their bags and we wouldn't have to if your people would do their job that's assigned to them on the deployment board. Your drive through worker is down right rude! She could have apologized as well especially for accusing my daughter of stealing a 5 layer burrito just to get another one!! Visited on Aug 11 it was my son's 4th birthday and I let him pick dinner he wanted taco bell on tillotson so we go through the drive up and order almost $40 worth of food plus they owed me food last time for messing up so I order everything and make sure they have one particular thing correct because it was for my son and they said they would make sure it was correct I get up to the window my food was handed to me I look inside as I always do to make sure everything is right and instantly see my bellgrande wasnt right the ONE thing I asked for them to make sure was right I told them and the manager comes over and says " I dont know why you keep coming back since we always mess up on your food for 1 it's close to home and the other I told her to give her buisness she said they as in her store didnt need my buisness and I needed to go elsewhere I asked her to fix my food she refused and told me I needed to leave well after spending $40 I want my food right especially since the one thing they messed up was for my son! She refused yet again and threatened to call the police on me so I called them myself while sitting in the drive thru her as in "Lexi" and her team members were avoiding the window and she has some kid come up to the window and tell me I have 60 seconds to leave or there are calling the police i told them i am talking to them that all I asked was for them to fix my food they refused so the cops came and I told him that I wanted a full refund and they could have their food back she refused that as well its not the first issue I have had with this place I will NOT be going back taco bell needs to get it together and get better managers I also have recording of some of what took place that day and Lexi of course flipped me off! I made a mobile app order for the new cantina chicken quesadilla and it was absolutely the most nasty thing from Taco Bell I've ever tried I thought it was suppose to be grilled or something on the outside of the quesadilla to have the shredded cheese all melty warm and gooey. Mine was not it was cold, and just plan gross, mind you. I live 3, maybe 5 mins tops from this Taco Bell should of not been as cold as it was I'm so upset I didn't snap a photo to show but I just spent 14 dollars and just trashed it. It was around midnight also I was the only one around there so they where not busy actually I know 2 employees maybe 3 where standing out cuttin up smoking right by the front doors when I pulled up to get my mobile order so Def wasn't busy otherwise I would try to make excuse for them saying maybe they forgot to cook correctly cause they where trying to keep up with orders and was short staffed that wasn't the case.
