Subway — Restaurant in Muncie

I made a specific point to ask before I ordered if I could swap out a cup of soup for chips when ordering a meal deal w/a coupon I had, I was told of course. Myself & my mom ordered our subs & soup, then they didn't have any crackers the coupon was for two meals for $10.99. I was told my total came to $15.45 when I questioned the amount the lady who told me I could get the soup instead of the chips w/the coupon said I couldn't get a meal with soup & use that coupon. I had just gotten done asking her that exack question before we ordered. It was just completely irritating because I specifically asked before I ordered & had my taste buds ready to be warmed up with some broccoli soup which ended up only a little over room temperature. The only good thing was the tuna sub that the other worker made exactly as I had asked with my cheese, veggies & condiments on top. Not sure I will be returning to this location especially if I want soup...

Melissa is a very hardworking, wonderful, and helpful manager. She came in during what I believe was time off to help the young lady who was working alone getting slammed by getting a lot of customers all at once. She was gonna be stuck alone again during the busiest hour of the evening if Melissa hadn't shown up. Her help wasn't coming for over an hour. As well, she's so kind and welcoming anytime I've run into her at the restaurants. Subway is my favorite fast food. Melissa checked out my coupon code and was unable to use it because of the computer. She helped me by finding a paper coupon the store had in stock and she scanned it for me, saving me appx $14.00-$15.00. My coupon was to (buy a footlong and drink get a footlong free.) The drink is over 3 bucks alone. The footlong is appx 12 bucks. She got a coupon for me to get (2 footlongs for $12.99). Thank you...

The subway here is truly impressive, possibly the best I've experienced. While the staff might not come across as the friendliest, they are remarkably efficient and attentive. They handle orders swiftly and accurately, consistently having my online orders prepared well ahead of schedule. In-person visits are met with the same promptness.

Typically, I reserve a 4 out of 5 rating for chain/franchise restaurants unless they offer unique qualities. However, given the exceptional speed of service during my visits, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the overall welcoming atmosphere, this location undoubtedly secures the top spot in my books among Subway outlets.
