So I placed my order online It said my estimated delivery time was one hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes So I jumped into the shower After almost one hour after I placed my order I got online and tracked my order It showed that my pizzas were still Being prepared and not baked yet I was surprised they had not even been baked yet Then I noticed I had a missed call on my phone Did not know the number so I looked it up and it was PA PA John's So I called them and told them I got on and tracked my order then noticed that I had a missed call from them She said she had called me to notify me that due to them not having many drivers that they was using grubhub and I could not pay and cash So she said she canceled my order since they could not get ahold of me they only called once and then after I get off the phone with them they then send me an email saying my order was canceled because they was unable to contact me And this was all after my delivery time was supposed to be This was the 1st time I ordered there in over 5 years because I had a bad experience and did not get my pizza after over 2 hours of waiting So I'm sure it will be at least another 5 years before I ever even think of attempting to order...

I can't make an online order because it keeps doing an automatic address change, plus my last several orders I haven't gotten any rewards for. Then I call to make a complaint and I get a runaround instead. I've been a customer since I was 17yo and very dedicated. I don't feel any loyalty returned for being such a life long customer. When the real popa John ran it there was more loyalty and better quality to the food. Said it would be another half hour. I don't understand how this happened they had four people on the make line. The manager just kept making excuses.
