Burger King — Restaurant in Muncie

UPDATE 3-13-2023 I've eaten at this BK restaurant several times since my original post. The last time being the best I've had from this location. The Bacon King was the absolute best. The hamburger wasn't overdone, the bacon was nice and crispy, and the buns were toasted and still soft. The French fries were delicious too. The only problem I had was, I didn't receive my sauces with the 16 nuggets I ordered. I have changed the rating from 3 stars to 4 stars!

I was very disappointed in this BK today. I wanted to try one of their new Whopper Melts, so I ordered the 'Let's Get This Bacon' Whopper Melt combo. BK... Why do you call it a Whopper Melt? The cheese was just slapped onto an already cold sandwich. There was no melt to it. The sour dough bread was hard and chewy. It was worse than eating a McDonald's Big Mac. With every bite, everything shot out the other end.

I also ordered 8 chicken nuggets with 2 sauces. Never received the sauces. I got 8 jalapeño poppers and BK doesn't even offer a dipping sauce for them. Both the nuggets and the poppers were cold. There's no excuse for this. My travel time took under 5 minutes from BK to my house.

The only thing that saved the day were the French fries. They were the only things that were hot in my entire order! Shame on you BK. You're usually so much...

Slow at 6pm. I always wait 20 or more minutes and my food is luke warm. All i get is chessburger small fries and 4 jalapeño poppers! The whole time i wait u think I would get hot fries... but no!! Fries I get are cold and should of been tossed out an hour before. The birds enjoy those days!!! U would think the people waiting 20 minutes would get hot fries. Only takes like 8 minutes with hot deep fryer!! Or maybe they need to have people pull up so I can get my food and not have to wait for the person getting a buffet! Nice and freindly cashier!! I think they need to take order as soon as u pull up to throw the hamburgers on. They should have a few nearing the end so when I order its almost done which keeps line moving. They wait till u order even though...

People were nice, good food, good service. But a lady had her sons dad drop her kid off at her work, with the kid sitting by him self. She wasn’t watching him at all. It took another concerned parent to go up there and talk to her for her to even pay a little attention. I get it. You’re at work. But your child is there too. With basically no one to watch him except customers. Staff wasn’t watching. Two teens and concerned parents were watching him to make sure he’s safe and all that. Everyone else was %100 professional. But as two teens, with no kids. That was stressing me out watching him wander around and talking to grown adults he doesn’t know. And he looks around 4-5. Very...
