My boyfriend and I ordered three pizzas two orders of breadsticks which cheese. We got there I asked him to pick up garlic sauce and marinara. He goes to pick it up and he had asked the guy behind the counter since there was no sausage pizza at all because they didn’t have any sausage if we could just get those two sauces for free and he said yes the guy behind my boyfriend that was getting pizza heard the guy behind the counter say that would be fine. The girl rings him up and he told her the guy back there said we can have those for free, he comes up there and then changes his mind and was “like why would we give you free sauce because there’s no sausage pizza” and my boyfriend was like OK I’ll pay for the extra sauce. It’s not that big of a deal and the guy behind the counter denied him of even paying for the sauce and told him to go cry about it and why he was at it, he could leave the pizza there. My boyfriend told him that she had already rung him up, so the pizza was leaving with him. The customer service was poor on that guys end, and I don’t know if he was the manager or just employee or whatever but my boyfriend had stated that it looked like he was high as pupils were huge and he was twitching and just right down rude. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this one again as we have had issues with them in the past when we have ordered. That guy definitely shouldn’t be working there with...
Read moreTried to call for 10-15 minutes to make sure pizza would be ready. I arrived while it was ringing. A manager answered it and hung up on me while I was standing outside the restaurant watching him. A customer came out who had come back two times to have an order corrected. They got her out. She told me that she was afraid to eat her pizza due to the behavior of the “co-managers.” They close at 10:00. The walked her out at 9:30 and put a sign that said drive through only. I went to the drive through. I asked them why they wouldn’t take my call and hung up on me. They told me they weren’t taking calls and that it was rude of me to call wanting pizza (from a place that’s supposed to have pizza hot and ready 30 minutes prior to closing and how it was also ridiculous and rude of me to expect them to serve me pizza from the drive through when they are trying to close up the restaurant 30 minutes prior to closing.
I wouldn’t even consider going here other than a kid likes it. Too bad for that kid now. I will not be back at this location.
If you are a franchise owner of the Little Caesar’s on McGalliard in Muncie, I would be very upset that your “co-managers” do not want to serve product to people and chose to make customers feel as if they are lucky that they are even there and perhaps MIGHT be...

Placed an order online today for pickup. Arrived 40 mins later, order not done or even started and only one employee working!
This place is disgusting, and even worse, has disgusting customer service. Came in today to get my kids a quick meal, and I get home it’s mold in the cheese cup. I call the store, they say bring the cup back and they’ll call their GM to see what they can do. I come back, the young guy at the counter opens the cheese, sees the mold, smirks and laughs. He finally says he’s sorry, as he’s still smirking and laughing, and says he was told he can only offer another cheese cup. They supposedly checked the other fully stocked cheese cups and they were ok. Yea right. Why would I take a chance with another potentially contaminated cheese cup? Couldn’t get a refund on the breadsticks, no other offer to make it right, besides a laugh in the face and another rotten cheese cup. Will never frequent this...
