Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mundelein

1stly they don't CARE!!! The worst dominoes, lived in 7 states. Travelled east to west coast. Never seen this filthy mouthed rude staff, where all come when you complain for hair. And the manager refuses to give her #. Never ever going here. Filthy, they baked a clump of hair, we went back with a forgiving attitude,but these unclean uneducated staff charged on us. They acted like the hair doesn't belong to them. Also, this large pizza was for my kids, they gave us in two boxes. Never informed my husband that they ran out of boxes. I thought g they mixed up the order instead of large they gave two medium. Upon opening, my kid thought someone ate the pizza, then after opening the 2nd box we realised the large is dived into two box. They don't have basic courtesy to inform us. And two drivers are sooo mad at while we explained this, they call themselves managers and listen and give a snappy reply, one moment they say they're manager, another they say they're driver SLASH Manager and we need to talk to Kelly. Rude to the core. The two ladies need to grow up. And an driver barges into this, knowing nothing about the complain. Says there were no boxes, the pizza wasn't eaten and its that's simple to understand. Well, little kid, you should understand that it's your everyday job you know it better. Mundelein store is the absolute worst Domino's in the WORLD. Managers, assistant managers, all they do is lie to you like we are a bunch of idiots. Make up stories on why the order is taking so long. I placed an order once, it took over 2 hours and the food still never showed up. I called over there several times and the manager always stated to me that it was in the car and should be there shortly. I finally went over there going on the 3rd hour. Talked to the manager and my food was still on the shelf waiting for the driver to come back and pick it up. I ordered this last time and the pizza toppings were all shifted to one side of the pizza. I called up to complain and got an attitude from Ashley! Asked her to put something on file for me to comp my next order. I called up today to get order and what do you know, another attitude. Said they didnt see a comp for me under my name. On the phone with them for over 30 min. Finally cancelled order completely. Got a friend who is a district manager, maybe I will give him a call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...

I place a curbside order as I have mobility issues. I got to the store and hit the arrived button. They have a 2 minute guarantee. Two minutes passed. I waited. And another 15 minutes passed with no order. I finally went in to see what happened. The man behind the counter told me they were busy and that there was a 50/50 chance that I would get my curbside delivery. I told him i had mobility issues and he said that was just too bad. He handed me my pizza. I asked him where the rest of my order was (salad and dipping sauce). He asked if I wanted that added. I told him I already paid for it. He looked at the bill. I then asked him to refund the 20% tip that I had added. He said he couldn’t do that. So I asked him to refund the whole bill. He asked me if I really expected him to comp a pizza. I said no. I wanted my money back and would go elsewhere. No apology just a steaming load of rudeness. I was shocked. I’ll never go there again. If I could give them zero...
