Mundelein Crossing — Local services in Mundelein

This picture was taken inside the Mundelein Ulta... Now in my opinion Ulta is generally a decent place to shop. They have great products and good promotions. However over the years I've noticed a decline in the appearance and overall "feel" of the establishment. For example, when I was here today... Employees were standing around looking at the shelves, doing absolutely Nothing, while the place was a Mess and didn't even offer to assist me, they actually took off in the opposite direction when I entered and came near their direction. There was no hand sanitizer in sight, and tissues everywhere. And it was DEAD in the store, and I had been inside for over 20 minutes, so it wasn't like they didn't have time to get to it. Just plain not caring and laziness... I would Never let a place I work for look like this. Doesn't matter how little I get paid, I have respect for others, and for myself above all else. Sephora would Never let their employees get away with this... Get...

Excellent service in the kitchen and bath departments of Target. A customer service associate walked with us and helped obtain the item we were looking for. Even went to the storage area and brought out the product in another color to make sure we were satisfied! It was around 5:30pm. Wish I had gotten her...
