Subway — Restaurant in Munroe Falls

Customer service does not exist here. Carol ( older heavier with arm tattoos lady ) has no urgency once so ever. She chose not to help her fellow employee and watched me stand in line for more then 15 minutes when only 1 other person who ordered 2 sandwiches was ahead of me. It took 22 minutes ( I had a 3 sandwich order) from when I walked into the store being second in line till my food was made. Carol then decide to jump into action and ring me out after watching for so long. I told her maybe she could pick up the pace for the couple that walked in while she went out of her way AKA do her job for the first time in the 22 mins I was there. She waited till I was at the door to tell me to keep my comments to myself......well that didn't go over well with me so I approached the counter and asked for her name ( I didn't know it at the time ). She proceeded to ignore me then ran in the back and called her manager on herself telling her they were really busy and that I was just being ungrateful because I had to wait too long. Carol 2 people in a store is FAR from busy. I told Carol she needed to tell her manager I was the second in line with only one other person. She did then here came the excuses on why I had to wait so long....Also while Carol was running a way in the back I asked the guy prepping food in the back if he could get me her name. His reply was he was new and he didn't know. I then asked if he could just turn around and look at her name tag but instead he kept his head down and ignored me....( Maybe he couldn't read...idk how he passed the first step of filling out a job application..) After Carols invigorating phone call with her manager I finally got a good look at her name tag. Well Carol this review is for you. You are lazy and something as easy as making sandwiches is maybe not a job for you. You keep your comments to yourself and just make sandwiches. Side note the young lady that came in at 4 or 4:30 that made my sandwiches did a fantastic job for a 1 man crew. Thank you!! I was the one in the store 6-1-19...

The one girl that works there is just strait up mean and rude. To the point where I had TRIED to order online so I don't have to actually interact with her. But after ordering online 3 times only to get there and then being closed I tried one more time and my order was wrong. One time she dropped a knife then kicked it across the floor and started slamming the metal bins on the counter. She slams the meat onto the sandwiches. She made a person who already had their sandwich started wait while she made my 3 foot longs. Today she told me and my fiance that we had to wait to order because she had 4 online orders. I get the feeling that I am a HUGE inconvenience to her. I am so confused as to why customer service isn't important to this store and the owners. I read a bunch of other reviews and at first I thought it was personal that for whatever reason she just didn't like me. But I see now that other people have had the same experiences... maybe customer service is dead. We left today but I usually spend at least 20-40 depending on what family members are eating. Then they want a tip before you even pick up an online order. And the credit card wants you to tip...

My family and I placed online orders two days in a row at the Munroe Falls location. Both orders were extremely sloppy. We let the first night go because the lady making the order was an older lady who appeared stressed out when we picked our order up. The second day we picked up our food it was made by the same employee. No name given on the receipt. I attempted to contact the store manager but no one picked up the phone. My sandwich was so sloppy made it literally looked like it was thrown on the floor then stuck in the bag. See photos below. We asked for extra sauce on our sandwiches and you could barely find any. The sandwiches were so poorly put together my son didn’t even want to eat his. Sloppy is literally an understatement. The individual who made our orders should not be working there. I’ve bought sandwiches from several subway locations and never have I had such a poorly made sloppy sandwich. Toppings sliding off and the bag itself so messy I couldn’t even put my hand in the bag.
