I ordered 14 dollars worth of food. I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes when I noticed thier shift manager and another worker kept driving circles around the building. After their 3rd lap I figured out that they were tripping the drive thru sensor to make them seem more busy then they really were. I was the only vehicle in the druve thru. Thats when I went inside and asked about my order. They had no idea about my order, they had erased my order. So I again told them my order. The shuft manager was still driving around the building when I was inside. I saw the drive thru attendent tell the shift manager to come back in. Thats when their shift manager came back inside the restaurant. She knew exactly what I had ordered, but noone had even started making anything. The shift manager then offered me a free milk shake. I also had my child buckled in there car seat. I heard them come on the speaker and ask for my order but i couldnt roll the window down to order. I kept waiting but the wasp wouldnt go away from my window. I figured it wouldnt be a big deal if i pulled ahead and ordered at the window. One car was in front of me. I got to window and told the guy what happened and asked if i could order at the window. The guy gave me a ton of attitude and said "no one else had a problem". My order came up pretty quickly, but the Manager couldn't pronounce my name correctly - Newton - pretty hard, huh - so didn't know the order was mine and it wasn't bagged. I finally heard her make another effort at the - "New-un". I asked her if she meant 'Newton'. She said yes and I told her I asked for it to go. She asked me, "You asked for it to go?" I said yes.
