I love blue coast the food is good and salsa is the best. However today my service at the location on Memorial Blvd was terrible. I start to order my meals and the employee very rudely says any other meals on this order. As I order my meals she is very rude and has a major attitude and puts very little ingredients on the burritos. She rushes me through her station only to go lean back on the counter to get on her phone. She then comes to the register and another customer comes to ask her where the drink tips are and she VERY rudely says all the tops are over there pointing to the salsa bar. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and disgusting and my meals were not great either. I overheard the cashier say something about a break to her so she must have been a manager, the other 2 employees were very nice, but I would hate to work with her. I have not been to this particular location in a while, after my experience today I will not be back. Very...
Read moreMy husband and myself was just in the past weekend. I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond for me. I have a lot of food allergies, and it's hard for me to eat out. I asked about the chicken and the seasoning in it. She didn't know and went to ask her manager. They weren't quiet sure of all the seasonings, and she suggested not taking a chance. I thanked her, and she asked the two male servers to change their gloves, wash their hands and serve me out of the prep supplies from the one behind them. That way there was no way of cross-contamination. That goes to show us both, they not only care about their quality of food, service and atmosphere, but for someone like me. I will make sure to eat there again, with no worries. I got a large burrito, black beans, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. It was delicious and it made it more special, since the extra love and attention was given. Thank you to all...
Read moreUpon entering this establishment today. I was absolutely starving, which is an understatement. I asked the young man at the counter what the largest item they have available is. He smiled to his co worker and said "The Big Kahuna, Sir" I said I would take it, with everything on it. The nice gentleman added extra steak to my burrito when I asked and put everything I wanted in there in the right amounts to compliment each other, I must say very fresh ingredients. My burrito was at least 2-3 pounds of pure goodness, I would dare say a masterpiece when it was finished. I could not even eat the whole thing in one sitting. The restaurant itself was small but nice, free wifi, and delicious Tea they brew themselves. The only thing I didn't like was the price, it was a bit high, but for the quality and service I was awarded I was pleased. They do no offer military discount though. One thing they...
