First of all let me start by saying don’t be fooled by the name. This is not simply a bubble tea place with snacks. They have a full fledged lineup of Thai fare, and the food is outstanding. It's also reasonably priced, especially for such quality. Of course they have a full menu of flavored bubble tea drinks and toppings available, too many to list. My wife’s favorite is the coconut. I like the Thai iced tea with no cream or milk. It’s as good or better than any I’ve had in a restaurant, coast to coast.

Bubble Tea is a family-run business under new ownership since January, so anything you read here prior to that doesn’t apply. Service is top-notch, with the whole family involved, and nice as can be. The restaurant is extremely clean, bright, and well appointed for casual dining. So often the atmosphere in a restaurant can kill the experience. Not the case here.

We just discovered this hidden gem a couple of months ago and it is now a regular favorite, maybe THE favorite. You will not find a higher quality offering in this area, or anywhere for that matter. And I’ve eaten a LOT of food in this genre. The entrees are highly portioned and every morsel is fresh and meticulously prepared. My favorite thus far is the Mushroom Ginger Chicken. But that can be misleading because everything we’ve had there is well above average! Among other dishes we’ve had are the Mongolian Beef, Pepper Steak, Mixed Vegetables, Pineapple Chicken, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, and Fried Tofu. I fully expect to order each one of these again in the near future, as well as others we’ve not tried yet. If you are familiar with this genre of food, then you know how amazing these dishes can be, and you won’t be disappointed here. If you’re new to Thai and other Asian flavors, now is the time and this...

Short version: I am a big boba fan so I know what Im looking for in a boba and I fall in love with their matcha bubble (tapioca) tea and the lady in the store was friendly and nice! If I’m coming to Tennessee again I would definitely buy more!

Long version: It was my last night in Tennessee and I am craving bubble tea. My husband and in laws aren’t interested in boba so I had to trust Google recommendation. Bubble tea and Thai cafe was the first pop up.

The store was small on a concrete floor. It was very simple. I had my doubt but I came all the way so I only ordered small matcha bubble. Boy how I regret only order small cause the matcha is delightful. It’s not too sweet nor too bitter. Perfect balance. On top of that the boba was chewy. It really compliments the matcha.

I thought I needed the whole 20 minutes trip to finish it since in my previous experience matcha can be bit heavy. But no! Bubble tea and Thai cafe matcha was smooth! I didn’t realize I finished it.

I legit looked at my husband and ask if we can go back. He said I looked super happy so he agreed. I came back to get 2 bubble tea: I durian and matcha. I bet they will taste wonderful as well.

If you love bubble tea and you’re in Tennessee I highly recommend...

I was told that this place had the best pho since that one tiny restaurant in the back of the white building on Bradyville Pike closed. I have not had all of the pho in Murfreesboro, but I am going to go ahead and say that this was the best pho I have had in Murfreesboro to date. There are only a few tables and they close at 7:00, So you need to get here early or plan for calling ahead for takeaway. The service was kind and prompt. We originally started ordering at the counter, but he asked us to go sit at a table since we were eating in. There were multiple people coming in for take away orders, but I really wish I had seen a lot more people. I don't think a lot of people know about this wonderful little place. I ordered pho combination, and I ate the entire bowl. I should not have eaten the entire bowl, but how do you stop when it is so good? My friend ordered the red curry, and she ate her entire meal too. We ate so much that we could not finish our shrimp rolls, so I'm pretty excited to eat those possibly for breakfast. Please come try this place because I know you...

The absolutely most adorable couple run the place. Super friendly, just approachable. It's unique. The combo of bubble tea and Thai is, in some way, similar to a favourite place out towards church - but Thai as the other part. Super easy parking and no trouble to find. If you know where Kroger is on the left as you cross over I-24 towards Franklin on HW 96, it's tucked away in the slightly older commercial space directly across from Kroger's entrance. If you follow any of my reviews, you know I like me some spring rolls. I snapped a picture but someone took a bite off one before I took it. OK, it was me. I did it. They were good. I also got the red curry chicken. Very well vegged... I don't see a heck of a lot of traffic on that little strip centre regardless of which businesses are there so I feel these sweet people might not get a tonne of traffic, but I think they are more than deserving of a visit.

Murfreesboro!! How did you get so lucky to have this authentic establishment? If I lived close I’d be here at least 2x’s a week. They have a huge variety of boba tea with all the toppings and flavors, but also Thai tea, fresh squeezed sugar cane juice, and then the food!! The beef pho was the best I’ve ever had in Nashville or Franklin area, probably ever. The tofu pad Thai was also the best, the noodles did clump together, the sauce wasn’t too heavy or too sweet, lots of green onion. Heavenly! The owner/gentleman was the sweetest toward my son who also loved everything we ordered. We will definitely be back.
