I have been coming to this place ever since it opened. I have never had an issue at all before. But recently, I went in with my family of seven. Our drinks took a long time to be ordered, which is fine. When the waiter came, we asked for what we normally do (we did have a few modifications, Such as cutting our fajita vegetables small because we don’t like how big they come. And adding a few spices to the fajitas.) We asked for a large cheese dip as well. After our waiter took our order, We didn’t see him for the next 47 minutes exactly. With no food at our table, no cheese dip at our table… He didn’t come and see if we need refills on our drinks or anything. Of course, at this point, we are beyond antsy. Since we couldn’t find our waiter, we went up to the front Staff and asked if they can get him. The girls at the front were very rude and were laughing at us. They didn’t end up getting him so then we asked to speak to a manager. One of The staff girls proceeded to tell us “we needed to relax.” After 53 minutes of being there, the manager came to us. Instead of asking “hey can can we make this experience better for you?” He got defensive and Stated “you had way too many modifications Of course it’s gonna take time.” (MIND, I’ve eaten here 6 times, ordered the SAME exact thing and same amount of ppl.. and it’s never taken us longer than 15-30 minutes) we told the manager that our cheese dip isn’t here and it’s been 57 minutes.. and the manger stated that they were under the impression that We wanted everything brought out at once. Which that is not the case because we clearly told him bring out the cheese dip first (7 ppl heard). Either the waiter didn’t understand English fully or he just didn’t care at all. As we were Talking to the manager, they brought out the cheese dip, and it was in a small size when we ASKED for a large. And the manager goes “this is what you ordered.” After that comment and not trusting the customer, We told the manager canceled the whole thing and we left. This is the worst service I have ever had at any place ever. What happened to the customer being right? No one here has good work ethic anymore! The Manager Juan could have handled things much...

They have other locations in the Boro. You're reviewing a place that hasn't even finished building/remodeling. Not fair to them in the least. Not the greatest pic but I just took it and you can clearly see ladders and a work van.
Update Thank you for your reply. I work in the plaza behind you and our customers, their friends & families are all so excited for your re-opening. The crews have done a gorgeous job on that building. I can't wait to see inside and the patio when it's finished. The Cason Lane location was always our favorite. Read moreWe went there last Thursday and we were not pleased with the food. I ordered a quesadilla with chicken and I got a tortilla folded in half with chicken in between. No cheese, no nothing else. My wife ordered shrimp tacos and it was the same thing - a tortilla folded over with shrimp inside, nothing else. Our son ordered 2 shredded beef tacos that were so soggy that the meat fell through. Again, nothing else in the tacos. The last person in our party had the same experience with her fish taco. In my experience, every other Mexican Restaurant, including your other location always has cheese, etc in the tacos and quesadillas.
