Burger King — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

This Burger King was awesome. After a recent horrible experience at a different chain restaurant (not a Burger King), I decided to check reviews on this location of this Burger King just to be safe since I now know not to trust that a location of a restaurant will be good just because most other locations in the chain are. This location had a number of really good reviews already and I was hungry and thirsty so I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! The people who work there are super friendly. The person who took my order helped check the Burger King app with me to find the best coupon to use for my order. She also helped me customize my order so I could get onion rings instead of fries (the onion rings were hot, fresh, and delicious, by the way). I was able to easily upgrade and get a larger drink since I was really thirsty from being out in the heat. When I got my sandwich, it mistakenly had mayonnaise on it even though I had ordered without mayonnaise. I REALLY dislike mayonnaise - like to the point that I have an extreme aversion to it being on anything - so I requested that the sandwich be remade and they remade it quickly and without any problem. I've been here multiple times, and every time there has been an issue with the food. Most often, my order comes out missing something or the food is cold and prepared haphazardly or both. This last time I ordered the American Brewhouse king and it had 1 half piece of bacon 1 Anemic tomato a couple crumbled fried onions and it was cold, soggy, and smashed!!! The fries where cold, limp and chewy!!! My wife's whopper was cold, flattened, barely any lettuce, 1 piece of onion, and drenched in mayo and ketchup!!!! It seems like their milkshake machine is always broken!!! There is more, but I think you get the point... The employees greet you as if you are a burden and you are interrupting their conversations and fooling around in the back!!! The managers demeanor was way off base the one time I tried to politely explain my complaint!!! This location is the epitome of disappointment!!! I am a big fan of Burger King when the food is hot, prepared correctly, and served by an Employee who takes a little pride in their job. If I where the owner of this franchise, I would be embarrassed...

I ordered a sandwich meal for my 6 year old grandchild and she took a bite, as phlegm poured out of her mouth. This is a disgusting location. I took it to the police, my grandchild will never eat out again from any fast food. This was so so sick and disgusting. All because I asked for my change back, the lady became angry and she told that i wanted my change, the manager came and asked the issue, "I WOULD LIKE MY CHANGE" GRANTED IT WAS NOT A LOT AND I MAY HAVE SAID KEEP THE CHANGE BUT, who are they to spit in a child's sandwich over keeping the customers change. You area gross people and should be closed down. Yes, I was in the green jeep and you know who I am, unless many others are done the same, then I suppose you would not remember me. Disgusting people. Maybe they should look into arrest records or if you had to have Dna done for a child, eventually, they will find you and I will sue for such sick and ill people with this type of behavior.
