Spent 10 minutes on the phone, waiting to place order. Wasn't put on hold, so I listened while the old lady took 5 orders and dealt with 2 customers calling while the line I was on was ignored. I had to use a 2nd phone to call and try to place my order. 2nd line was garbled and I ended up having to drive up there to place order. The old lady tried to make excuses about having to deal with 2 lines, which I find funny since she only had to deal with one line since she ignored the line I was on. I wasn't apologized to for the poor phone etiquette. I understand getting busy. I even understand forgetting a call. I do not understand unprofessional customer service.
Entiendo estar ocupado. Incluso entiendo olvidar una llamada. No entiendo el servicio al cliente poco...
Read moreDon’t eat here! This business is greedy; the staff are rude, uniformed and lie. The food is terrible, even under par for low end Asian cuisine. If you want to know how I came to this conclusion then please read on. I ordered then paid with card and 5 mins later a guy that claimed to be “the manager” said my order was charged wrong and needed to give them more money. He said that when I was charged an extra $1 to substitute white rice for soup they made a mistake and “I owed them another $3”. I said the deal was done and the charge had already happen on my card app. I was told very rudely they wouldn’t give me refund or food unless I paid more. I ask “the manager” to speak to his boss and he said let me get the “the manager” after he introduced himself as the manager (full on LIE!). The manager was more sympathetic to my situation and said she would talk to her boss. She came back and said “he really didn’t want to do it, but will, just this time”. Their chicken was rubbery and dry, the egg roles tasted fishy and soup was like eating vegetable oil. I threw it all away and wasted $27. My girlfriend actually threw up! Food is...
Read moreStaff was friendly and gave our kids fortune cookies while we waited for the food, which was kind! Not saying you couldn’t ever get tasty food at this restaurant, but we wouldn’t come here again, so 2 stars. The menus are outdated so the prices were different than displayed. They did tell us this while we were looking over the menu. It would just have been nice to have the current pricing listed somewhere. lunch deal is fairly cheap (6.80), which is a plus, but not a lot of good vegetarian options. No tofu options at all, and no tofu substitutions. (Which won’t matter to some, but for other plant eaters.) Vegetable lo mein also had very few veggies in it. restaurant was quite dusty and dirty on hanging decorations and by air vents. I don’t consider myself a germaphobe in any way, but it had me questioning how clean the kitchen could possibly be if what the guests can see is this dirty. Food was blander than we hoped, and the fried rice has nothing at all in it. Some of the veggies had black specs that couldn’t just be rubbed off like if they were pepper flecks. This sealed the deal for me on not...
