Donut Country — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Just experienced the worst customer service at the Middle Tennessee store location. In the middle of servicing me, the lady stopped & answered the phone. I didn’t mind waiting while she was on the phone since she was working there alone. Once she got off the phone, she proceeded to help me without changing her glove. I kindly asked her to change her glove since she just got done holding the phone with that same glove. She responds by saying “Are you kidding me? This glove has nothing on it.” While there was other people in line. I answered by saying “ma’am you just stepped away & used the glove for other things, so please change your glove”. She made a huge deal out of it & tried refusing not to change her glove. I had to ask her several times too many, before she decided to change it. I then proceeded continue ordering & paid out. Even after I walked back to my car, I could hear her talking about me to the next guest. If this lady is the face of the company, giving out poor service, then I can no longer give my business to Donut Country. Great tasting donuts does not excuse the poor service. Happened upon this little gem traveling through. Definitely worth the stop. Will return when in area again. We got the chocolate Bavarian crème, apple filled and caramel glazed apple filled. We are pretty picky about our donuts and scout out local donuts as we travel. We stopped in another town days ago for donuts and they were sugar bombs and we threw them out after a bite. These are not that. Donut Country donuts are the perfect combination of slightly sweet filling/glaze with a mostly savory, buttery melt in your mouth donut. The drive thru girl was completely rude!! She made a comment about how she hadn't had customers for awhile and as soon as her coworker walked out we pulled up. Then we asked for a menu she said there weren't any. We asked what kind of donuts there were she irritatingly gestured to the donut case. I proceeded to hop out of the car to look and she made a snooty comment about how we were holding up the line. I looked for about 30 seconds.
