Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Came here and I live less than five minutes away. It was 9:50 almost 10 o'clock. We ordered our food and once we received our food we proceeded to leave . Once we got not even 30 seconds down the road I was getting the food out of the bag and my burger was not what I ordered. I ordered the super sonic double bacon cheeseburger. Well to my surprise there was only one patty on there. So I called them thankfully someone answered on the second call. I told them what was wrong and they proceeded to tell me they were closing and I was already pulling back in to the restaurant and I told them that. So they said they would re-make the burger. That was a good thing that they offered to re-make the burger as they were closing. So I think anyone who gets something made again it should be what you ordered......well so my wife and I get back on the road and we're pulling in to our apartment and I'm pulling the new burger out and to my surprise......ANOTHER SCREW UP!! Same situation as the first one. So I was going to take my loss and just eat the burgers. Once I bit into the burger the patty was almost as hard as biting into a thick piece of bacon ( and not the soft bacon ). If i could give zero i would. the experience tonight was one i have never seen before. We ordered 2 large reese’s blasts and 2 large fries. we were given two large cups of ice cream with reese’s sprinkled on top and we dug through them to check if there were any reese’s and they were not. We were given two large cups of ice cream with Reese sprinkled on top and one large fry we didn’t realize this until we got home so we turned around. when we got there, we politely asked for it to be fixed. We were argue with by the cashier and told that the races are at the bottom, and we tried to explain that we dug to the bottom, and there are no Reeces in it at all. when the night before we came, we got M&M blast with m&m so packed in it, we could barely eat it. The manager then came out and continued to argue and did not want to fix her own mistake that she admitted to making them. I have never seen a manager so fixated on not fixing a mistake and so argumentative. like it was...

Really not-so-great service last time I visited. I asked for extra bacon on my BLT and received one small piece the size of a quarter. I dont usually send things back, but I couldn't bring myself to eat the bread, mayo and tomato essentially by themselves. This was all after waiting for 25 minutes when the place wasn't really busy at all. When the carhop took my sandwich back to add more bacon, I had to call in for a 3rd time to see if they had forgotten. So in total, I was there for 30+ minutes and my tots were cold by the time my sandwich came back out. Both employees I interacted with seemed totally uninterested in helping correct my order. My carhop stood outside talking to friends essentially the entire time I was there (that's how slow they were) and the person behind the speaker needs some serious training in customer service etiquette.
