We finally tried Clarkes kitchen and were amazed by the quality of ALL the dishes. My family grew up in Jamaica and we know good Jamaican food. The jerk chicken is truly authentic and marinated to the bone. The curry goat had a flavor unmatched to any curry goat we’ve ever tasted! The rice and peas even had its own unique flavor with a hint of sweet, you can learn to appreciate to help balance out the savory dishes. The cabbage was cooked to perfection (IYKYK). There is a texture you are looking for with the perfect cabbage recipe and Clarkes has mastered it ALL. We look forward to trying ALL the dishes...

I got the oxtail, Rasta pasta & rice- it was all so full of flavor & absolutely delicious. The oxtail was falling off the bone & so juicy. I’m an “add salt to everything” kinda girl but this needed no extra seasoning, I honestly didn’t even think about salt in the 5-ish mins it took me to devour my food. I’m gonna be honest & admit I never even made it out of the parking lot. I was just gonna sneak a quick bite & next thing I know, I’ve eaten every bit of it & there was a LOT! My family and I loved this food truck so much that we came back twice in the same day! The flavors were absolutely incredible fresh, authentic, and full of that rich Jamaican seasoning that makes every bite memorable. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and you could taste the love put into the food. Definitely one of the best food truck experiences we’ve ever had, and we’ll be coming back again and again....
