We ordered two pizzas and six chicken wings for a family dinner. We placed our order at 7:38 PM and received a confirmation text shortly after. At 9:00 PM—almost an hour and a half later—my husband received a text saying our order was canceled, and then just 20 seconds later, another text saying it was delivered. He called the store to find out what was going on, and they said there was a system issue and that our order would be delivered soon. The driver finally arrived at 9:15 PM, but when we opened the boxes, both the pizzas and wings were cold. We were in a hurry because we were at my parents’ house, and honestly, we were really upset. I didn’t call back, but I’m frustrated. If the store is busy or having system problems, it would be much better to call customers and let them know. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this location. Every time something happens, I try to be patient and hope it won’t happen again—but this time was just too much. Read moreWe ordered at 8pm. It was estimated to be delivered between 8:55-9:05. At 9:25, I called. They stated that their GPS said my address was a different hotel.. and the phone number provided to them didn't work. I double checked my email receipt of the order, both the number on the order and address were correct. I googled the address, and saw my hotel was listed at the address.. I googled the address of the hotel they stated was listed for that address and it wasn't even close. I told them the correct hotel, which is the address that I gave them, and about 15 minutes later our pizzas were delivered. I called Jets back to inform them our order was wrong.. the person who answered the phone was less than empathetic, and offered to "credit my account"..and complained about having to make my order correctly because it would take a while. Meanwhile, I placed my order over two hours ago.. and I'm still waiting for my food. We will likely not order Jets again because of this...

My wings were not on the order but full charge for them is there. Of course. Then told will be 8 minutes for wings. Comes back gave me my order but I knew it will be messed up cause of what just happened. I ordered a deep dish large 8 corner half meat pizza with black olives and half pepperoni for the kids. Of course they put black olives on the whole thing! Walked back in and returned the pizza and wings and got my refund. My goodness 45 minutes down the drain for nothing. Funny part I had not had Jets in years we moved out of that neighborhood. Well probably not going back guess wasnt missing much. Got Dominoes on the way home.
