Let me start by saying I'm giving them 2 stars because I've had good experiences in the past. Today's visit gets a 1 star. I attached a photo of the random piece of stick I found in the middle of my sandwich. I ordered a club which had the 4 normal sticks through it. Those were all accounted for when I began to eat my sandwich, then a few bites in I find this random piece of broken stick. On top of it all there were several broken shards in that half of the sandwich. I had to throw out that half to avoid anymore stabs in my gums. The other half of the sandwich was throw together without any care. One piece (1/4 of overall sandwich) had no meat and only a piece of lettuce and no dressing to be found on that entire half. I got a side salad and on the bottom half of the container there were several large pieces of onion which I hate and definitely did not belong in my side Ceasar. I could understand if one piece mistakenly was placed in there but there were several. The app and website were both frozen and wouldn't allow me to put in an order. I ordered online through Google instead and when I arrived and my order wasn't in the togo window I stood aside and waited for 10 minutes and no one working offered to help or ask what I was waiting for. I finally figured out on my own that my order had been ready early and placed on the counter in the complete opposite side of the store. At the same time that I patiently waited I watched the cashier ignore the food sitting in the window ready for dine in customers. Some of the food looked to be sitting there for a while. Another crew member came out to the counter with her own to go containers and was on the phone. No one acknowledged my existence the entire time I was in the store. I've never seen such terrible customer service there before. My soda was also extremely watered down. Not sure if the box was almost empty or if the ice had just been melting in the cup for a while before I picked up the order. Read moreI have never ordered food here and after today will never order again. I called my order in and was there to pick it up. There was a young man taking the order of a family of four, that were dining inside. He helped them with their order they went and sat down . He started making their drinks to take to them . I see my order on the counter . The manager, I think comes out to show another employee something on a cash register. Now there is another customer in line . She acknowledges no one. While getting drinks for the one customer together , Someone else comes in , the young man behind the counter askes if the manager has clocked out . She replies " I dont clock out" and goes in the kitchen . Now while this young man is carrying the drinks from the counter , the manager (supposed) asks him from the kitchen to hand her a fork. Now there are three customer at the counter to be waited on , never did she ask or help anyone. I just wanted my carry out order still sitting behind the counter. They young man apologized for the wait . I get home the sandwich is cold . The roast beef tastes old, the cheese on the sandwich is so cold. Not appetizing at all. Money not well spent. Will never go back when I can go to Arbys and get a better tasting French Dip sandwich and Marcos pizza has a much taster Grilled Chicken sandwich at...
Read moreWe order from this location a lot. Sometimes we pick up, sometimes we use Door Dash for delivery. Tonight, we ordered delivery. Got two salads that both came with brown lettuce that was wet/smelled bad. I called and spoke with the manager George, and explained I don't normally call to complain but I couldn't even eat the lettuce, which is the majority of a salad. He immediately suggested that Door Dash was to blame for not picking the order up timely, thus causing the lettuce to turn. I explained this was one of the fastest dashers we've had and we've never had this issue before. I requested a credit for our next order because I was out over $11 per salad and was told any financial request had to be brought up with Door Dash, which is understandable based on the relationship. But, a manager who takes NO responsibility for an order that was not prepared appropriately? That's poor management. He didn't offer an alternative, didn't apologize, nothing.
