Visited Mikeâs pizzeria , was late afternoon so the place was quiet. I had the opportunity to meet the owners Mike and Beshoy who are really nice guys and very welcoming. They told me about their road to opening this place and the efforts they put into delivering a quality product. Homemade dough, quality ingredients, specialty wood fired (oak) pizza oven, and TLC for every order. I went with the Pepperoni Pie and when Mike pulled it out of the oven and put it on the counter it was dazzlingâŚall of the cheese and pepperoni bubbling and it smelled so good. I am spoiled when it comes to this style of pizza, and these guys did not disappoint me at all. The crust was light but crisp, loved the char from the oven as it adds to the flavor, the pepperoni is my favorite style of small crisp little cups that allow the oil to sit in the bottomâŚsooooooo good. You also experience an extra flavor burst of fresh basil throughout the pie while the cheese and sauce complemented everything versus masking the flavors of the pie. Finally Beshoy told me they make their own Ranch Dressing for dipping the crust and yesâŚI dipped. If youâre a Ranch fan you will love the flavors of fresh dill and chives along with âsecretâ ingredientsâŚit is really good.
Excellent food, clean and bright shop, great owners, a simple menu, and wonderful conversation.

Read moreThis is without a doubt the best pizza in Murfreesboro. My wife and I stopped by this afternoon and were immediately greeted with incredibly friendly service. The folks working here are so nice and passionate about what they do. We ordered the prosciutto pizza and they went to work making it. I chatted with one of the owners, and he told me how everything is made from scratch. They make their dough from their own flour, their own yeast, everything, scratch made! You can definitely tell too because everything was so fresh tasting. We loved the freshness and lightness of the prosciutto pizza because it wasnât heavy like a lot of pizzas typically are. if youâre hungry, then you will definitely be able to eat a pizza on your own, but if you come in at an odd time between lunch and dinner, like we did, my wife and I shared a pizza, and that was fine for us. Well, that is until we realized that they had Nutella and strawberry calzones. We couldnât resist, and we ordered one of those for dessert. Perfection! Definitely give this place a try. Great food and nice folks preparing it for you makes for a winning...
Read moreI know this is a new business so we wanted to support. We decided to get the white pizza (canât remember the name but started with an r). First we asked if they could add pineapple and they said they were out. Disappointed but went ahead with order. We expected saucy white Alfredo sauce. Thatâs what I have always gotten on white pizza. This was truly the worst pizza we have ever had. We both agreed. So dry. No sauce. Like eating cardboard. I didnât eat more than one bite. My boyfriend ate a couple of pieces but had to add hot sauce and ranch at our house to make it edible. We also got a Caesar salad. That was decent. The salad had the dressing on side so we mixed when we got home. I donât think we will be back. I hope they add some sauce to their pizzas. It was that bad. đ
In response to the ownerâŚmaybe I missed that it was a Neapolitan style but when I looked it up it saysâŚ.that Neapolitan pizza gets soggy from sauce. I clearly donât know my pizzas but I do expect them to be saucy. If people expect the dry pizza, I understand. I just didnât know thatâs...
