Food is always good here and I’ve been a long time customer and always tip anywhere between 50%-100%. Most of my experiences here have been good but I will not be back at this location. I placed a to go order and picked up 30 minutes before close, and I know this can be annoying but it still was half an hour before close and I personally don’t feel bad as I’ve been in the service industry for a decade and have managed restaurants and retail stores alike and it is just a part of it and again I tip very well. The two ladies there tonight had me wait before allowing me to pay and get my pick up so they could complain about their tips, and then specifically make a snide comment about people ordering before close and then stopping to look at me. I will not be back and the owner should have a meeting on customer service, and if you want tips, being rude to customers is not how you get it and I usually always tip no matter the service cause again I’m in the industry but I did not appreciate the commentary and the going out of their way to complain about me while I’m there waiting to simply pay and go since they were in such a rush to get everyone out...
Read moreUp until recently my family and I ate at Oscars on Church Street in Murfreesboro at least 2-3 times a week. We love the food but a few weeks ago I placed an order for pickup, one of the orders was steak fajita nachos for my son. When he opened the container there was a piece of wire mixed in the food. I am thankful he saw it before eating. I reported it to the Murfreesboro Store but felt like I should also report to the corporate office because of the danger it imposed if someone were to consume a piece of the wire. I have no idea if this happened at the store level or if it possibly happened at a food packaging plant that the company uses. This is why I felt it should be reported to the corporate office in case it may warrant a recall on the product. I emailed the corporate office, and i included photos. Read moreThe last time I came here, a boy up front took my order and completely messed it up. However, they explained it was an accident because he was new, and they fixed it for me, so I decided to brush it off. I hadn’t been back since, but last Monday I called to place an order. The same boy picked up the phone, and when I asked if they had a burrito with everything in it, he told me no. So, I went ahead and added all the ingredients I wanted to the burritos I ordered, only to be charged $0.60 for EACH item I added. When I went in today, there were two different workers, and they told me about the grande burrito, which actually has everything in it. From what I understand, that boy has been working there for a while now, and yet, after not going there for some time, he still messed up my order!
