We went to the subway at 2975 S Rutherford blvd Suite E Murfreesboro TN 37128 on April 1, 2025. My daughter ordered the new “footlong” nachos that were absolutely not a footlong. The older white lady that made them was rude and didn’t know what she was doing. She even stated “this is the first one I’m making” but then proceeded to say she couldn’t add toppings. 2 of the toppings were Jalapeños and tomatos which I had to argue because those are literally in the advertisement picture. The third topping was lettuce. She said it would change the price and I said that’s fine I’ll pay the difference although it doesn’t make sense because you’re never charged additional toppings for the sandwiches, flatbreads, or salads. Her attitude was rude and I almost walked out. Instead I finished our order since my kids were hungry and let the other 2 order. When I got to my sandwich I asked for extra lettuce (a lot) and that’s all I put in my sandwich so I could give my daughter some lettuce for her nachos. So now I have a sandwich with zero toppings or condiments so my daughter could enjoy her lunch. I made the statement that on the advertisement it does not say you cannot add additional toppings. I also asked why she didn’t state that prior to making the nachos. Toppings or what makes food enjoy and if someone cannot get the toppings they want they may decide to get a different item off the menu. My daughter was super disappointed And said that she didn’t even want it anymore, which is why I only got a bunch of lettuce on my sandwich so that way she could enjoy her. As stated at the beginning of this complaint, the nachos were super tiny. It only filled up maybe half of the container Which is another misleading advertisement. Again I don’t know if this is how big they’re really supposed to be or she just did not know how to make it properly. However, I would highly recommend talking with her about her customer service and maybe providing some more education on new menu items. Read moreToday I had an interesting experience at Subway. I made an online order, specifically creating the sandwiches I wanted. I had my partner pick up the order. We immediately bit into our sandwiches expecting everything to be prepared as ordered and there was no sauces on either sandwich. I took one bite and sat it down and called the store immediately. The sandwich was dry! The lady spoke with said she would fix it. I’m thinking she meant she would remake our sandwiches correctly, however, instead she poured sauce into some small cups and said here’s your sauce. I didn’t think that was acceptable considering I had to waste, still hungry, to retrieve a correctly made meal. She refused to remake my order and I requested a refund and she refused to give me a refund. She then went to say, I needed to leave her store and not to come back to her store. I asked for the manager, there was no manager until 4pm she said. I told her I wasn’t leaving without a refund or 2 new sandwiches. After I stood there for awhile while she hid in the back, she said she would fix it! I always come to this Subway and I’ve never had a problem, but the way I was treated today was ridiculous. Read moreI did an online order tonight with the subway on south Rutherford in murfreesboro Tennessee. When I hit the button to place order I did not get a time for pick up so I called them and they said the order did not get placed. I then went into my checking account to see if the order was deducted in my checking account which it was. I then called that subway back and told them it was deducted from my checking account and was told they needed to call the manager to find out what to do. They called me back and told me the manager told her I had to call corporate office and try to figure it out. I asked her if I brought proof of the purchase and also proof in the history of the subway app if I could get my sandwiches and she said no. I also was told that apparently they have been having problems all day with the app. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager should be chasing this down not me. I have proof that I placed an order and it was even taking out of my checking account. I will never do business with them again. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. First thing is to call the bank and dispute this charge. Subway you people need to get better managers....
