Our last visit was incredibly disappointing. We have been going to this location for over 10 years and our last visit was incredibly disappointing. Me and my family ordered 2 Cobb salads and 2 wing meals. We got the wing meals first, but the meals instead had tenders and legs. My family that ordered didn’t mind it so we thought it was fine. We wanted to then order a bread basket that had 3 pieces of toast but the girl at the register named Eden put in this meal that costed over 12 dollars or something. Someone else had to fix the order. My family member asked for sauce and Eden looked at her like she was crazy. My family member then said she didn’t give any sauce to us so that’s why she was asking. She finally gave us the sauce. We then got our salads and one had grilled chicken when we said fried. She was new so we thought it fine, despite the amount of mistakes she did already. However, one of our salads portions was so small it was ridiculous. We went up to speak to this short chubby girl with glasses that claimed to be the manager to address this. We showed her how bad the portion was compared to the other salad that had the normal portion and she acted all defensive saying that our policy doesn’t allow us to give more portions to customers. I didn’t even ask for more food, I simply made her aware to make sure that whoever was preparing the food made it right next time. She kept being defensive saying do you want me to remake it? in this awful tone so we just decided to end the conversation and eat our food and leave. Horrible attitude and customer service. I’m not sure who the manager is but she seriously needs to change her attitude, and this girl needs to pay attention to customers. Went back to the counter explained to the gentleman that I didn't receive one of my meals. He acted like he didn't believe me so I invited him to the table to show him with my receipt in hand. He went back behind the counter and just stood there. Irritated that no one was trying to figure out where the missing meal was. We asked for the manager, when the GM identified herself as the manager, I explained that I talked to this man and pointed to him and told her we didn't get one of our meals she told me I was yelling and I was wasn't. Then she raised her voice at me saying she was calling the police. I asked for my food or a refund and she refused. She said I yelled at an autistic person. I didn't yell at him and I wasn't yelling at her. I didn't even know he was autistic. It wasn't even his fault we were missing the meal it was the kitchen for not making it. I replied I’m sorry excuse me. We are closed . I’m sorry I’ve been wait in this line about 45 mins sweetheart. Well there is nothing I can do about that. In a very rude an uncaring tone! As she continued laugh. I explained again and told well you don’t close til 9:40 technically so I don’t understand why you would take my order. She laughed and wouldnt responses than right at 9:30 pm she says we are closed now so I can’t take your order!!! Hahahaha!!! This was the rudest encounter. I’m never going back to that zaxby because that was in called for someone could have just came out and told the people in the line we may not be able to take your the closer it gets to closing than we could have made a decision then I’m still very irritated with this experience.
