First off, I want to say that Andi made my experience one of the best in my life. And I'm not young! All jokes aside, from start to finish she managed to make my top 2 Ever in life. That alone is no easy task. She was SO helpful. She not only answered my questions like a pro, she was also able to offer me explanations and suggestions on 4 different drinks. She did all this, help me make a decision and hold on to that bubbly personality and handle it all in a timely manner. Then, just when I thought it couldn't get any better. When handing us our order she offered to let me taste it just in case I wanted to tweak it because I am obviously picky and she took into consideration that I was trying something new at her suggestion. STARBUCKS, I highly suggest that you give her a Very nice raise and offer her some things that other places could not or would not offer to steal her. Then ask Andi if she would be willing to train those coming in & offer her more $$$ for that. Like seriously, I could go on and on about this young lady but I will end this by saying, if I ever hit the lottery I would go on the news to find her and hire her as my personal assistant. And for those of you that are wondering, all 3 of the drinks that we got were so good they make you wanna slap ya momma. :) also gave me the boost I needed which is no surprise because thats why Starbucks is the #1 coffee spot. Thank you all for taking the time to read this very...
Read moreI’ve been to many Starbucks locations in the US and NONE have gave me as much hilarious banter and kindness as this location has! So, I walk in and order a coffee and this barista named Raine walks up (I think thats how her name is spelled) and she welcomes me in. All the staff really loved my cowboy hat and im telling them that my schtick is that “I’m the cowboy with the $2s” then I yeehaw inside the business. Raine never asked me what name I wanted on my drink (I didn’t notice until after the fact as we were all chatting and having a great time anyways) and by the time I got it, it was VERY DELICIOUS. BUT, she secretly put “cowboy with the $2s” on my coffee as well as wrote “yee haw!” on the actual cup! HUGE shout out to the staff and Raine for being so welcoming and silly towards me! MORE Starbucks need this type of atmosphere where they can be more down to Earth and let loose a little bit! It’s just great! Next time I’m ever in the Murfreesboro area? I will go out of my way to come back here again and if anyone else is reading this review? I HIGHLY recommend you check it out too! Sincerely, Dish from Bowling Green...
Read moreI had an absolute horrible experience. I think it’s worth noting that I have worked at Starbucks before and this was NOT the experience to give to customers.
To start, no one greeted me upon entry, I asked for a peach tea and there was no preferences given, as I didn’t even know they offered an iced peach tea as well as hot; I was not asked what I preferred. After about 10 minutes, the young lady made an iced tea and sat in right I front of me. I didn’t know that this tea was for me because no one asked my name (which is a standard). The store wasn’t so busy and the baristas continued to make drinks, not acknowledging me, the drink I preferred or the time I had to wait. I then asked for a refund. The young lady asked did I have an issue with the drink because,” I sat it right in front of you ma’am!” (Still not the standard because you speak customers by name). She snapped at me and said but I’ll give you a refund.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
P.S. - I spoke with the manager. He did not seem to care about the horrible...
