Great to see a newness to this location since the previous review I posted. Many needed changes have been made. Yes, I did go back after two months. Good to say that I will enjoy their newness and hope it continues. (Old post) Sorry to say that this location has lost my business permanently. Last visit, the employees did not greet or acknowledge that we were even in the line ( no one else in line) waiting for service. Instead an employee was ordering and afterward the cashier did look our way and continued to converse with that employee, and an addition employee that came to join the conversation. Several employees in the kitchen looked at us ,and the situation at the counter, with wonder. I think the expression we shared was "really?". After waiting what seemed like 15 minutes we proceeded in exiting. No one said anything to us, and seemed relieved that we left without complaint. So much has happened negatively with several attempts to give this location a benefit of the doubt, but as usual...poor Management, poor Staff, poor quality of food ( not fresh cooked, but pre-cooked; especially the chicken basket) sneaky looks while attempting to act as if items are being prepared fresh; especially long wait for meal. Had a drive thru meal hanging out the window before I got to the window to pay. This applies to dine in and drive thru. This location needs a serious change , too bad I will never see this because I will never be back. Makes me wonder how many others have been lost, and how many are affected daily with the same...

This review is a result of an order on Sunday April6, 2025. I purchases a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I picked it up and left. When I started to eat. I thought it tasted a little funny. But the next bite didn't. About halfway through got the odd taste again and decided that it was probably not in the best interest to finish it. I called to report that I felt the cheese cake was spoiled. And I was met well it isn't we just opened it. Its a fresh box. I said we'll not long after I ate it I started have bad stomach issues. And the only thing I had ate was that. She informed me they would contact the supplier. No apologies no let's make it up with a free or discounted blizzard. Fine what ever. Today I have lose of appetite, chills, stomach cramps and other issues from the food poisoning. So be careful if you order cheese cake and if something tastes off...

Stopped in last night around 9:20 pm, the place wasn't busy, only two other people in the dining area. We ordered two #1s and kids meal, it took 15 minutes for our food to come out, the fries were cold, the charcoal disks that were supposed to be burgers were dry and crunchy. They appear to have been previously cooked, allowed to sit, then cooked again for the two number ones, but our son's kids meal wasn't that way at least. The burgers were literally dry, burned black an inch into the sides with more burned areas all throughout, criss-cross lines instead of the single char lines our son's had, and crunched when you ate them, literally crunchy. The only flavor the charred disks of dismay were the actual burned areas. Very disappointed. Don't think I ever want to go back...
