We are regulars and the burritos used to be pretty consistent. During COVID we've opted to order online and did pickup. Unfortunately the burritos lately are shaped randomly, I.e. square or rectangular vs. cylindrical, and about half the time the burrito is busted or leaking. At least before COVID when they bust the burrito making it in front of you, it gets re-done.
Tonight was the first time ordering thru the app for online delivery and what happened over the next 1.5 hours was the worst experience in a long time. I kept track of the order status on the app. Doordash driver arrived at CMG and no progress for 5 minutes. Then no driver. Then looking for a driver. I called delivery support to ask what's going on. She said there's a pool of drivers and a new driver was just assigned. Next driver calls me and says the order had been cancelled. To be clear, I never cancelled the order and it was still active in the app. He tried to have them re-make the order but no success. Unsure about whether my order could be fixed and now 1 hour in with a hungry kid I called delivery support again. They issued a refund and re-entered the order, and had another driver come get it. After that call, I called the Chipotle restaurant to ask how my order was cancelled. Nobody knows. It was still on my app. I'm now deleting the app and will not order delivery again. Read moreFood Poisoned. I went inside to order a combination bowl with chicken. The rice i felt it's not fully cooked. The chicken i ate quite like spoil bad. It's only about 10:00 pm. The employees already sweeping the foor and cleaning up while I'm eating still inside at the table. The next morning i got badly upset stomach. I took 2 bottles of stomach ache. However, it didn't have any effects on my stomach at all. I now feel horrible. It ruining my whole morning and afternoon today. My mind refreshing that I have read somewhere about the horrible food chain which lists Chipotle included. I haven't gone back to eat here to order for a long time. Unfortunately today the restaurant i ate was closing at 9:30 pm. If it's not getting any better i may need to go to the emergency hospital. 2. I promised myself from now on I should always reviews the restaurant before I came in to order. I have to go to Walmart to buy pepto Bismal to cure my stomach ache. Read moreThis has continuously been the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I haven't had this experience with all Chipotle restaurants so I've let things go and have tried again. Now, I've had multiple bad experiences here! I'll pay for double chicken in the orders and not only is there hardly any chicken, but the bowl is almost completely empty! Ive had orders with all side orders missing, the wrong drinks being delivered, and literally more than half of the ingredients missing. Customer service is a joke.
