Feng Cha Murphy — Restaurant in Murphy

I usually order from Feng Cha and have always liked their drinks, but this time was really disappointing. I ordered three Crème Brûlée Dirty Bobas, expecting something creamy, rich, and sweet like they normally make. But what I got was just bland milk with boba.

There was no cheese foam, no caramelized sugar top, and nothing that made it taste like a crème brûlée. It didn’t even look like the right drink. It was just plain milk with old chewy boba at the bottom.

For how much I spent, I expected better quality and care. I’ve been a loyal customer and it’s frustrating to be treated like this. It felt rushed and lazy, like they didn’t even try. Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had from them.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a really pleasing aesthetic – it's clear they've put thought into creating a welcoming and visually appealing space. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The front person was so kind and friendly, making the whole experience even better. It's always a treat to visit a place where you feel genuinely welcomed. I went to feng cha with my family and we ordered about 10 drinks. While I carried 3 drinks out, the door hit my arm and my drink spilled on the concrete outside. When I came back in and showed the woman (who I believe was the manager) what had happened to my drink. She essentially said theres nothing she could do about it that and we dont remake drinks here. This made me feel very unwelcome, especially because had just spent alot of money at this establishment and she couldn’t care less.
