O Donuts — Restaurant in Murphy

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience here, especially after being a loyal customer for 9 years. I ordered donuts, only to find they tasted like plastic—absolutely inedible. I didn’t ask for a refund, just a simple apology, but the owner flat-out refused to acknowledge the issue. Been going here since my family and I moved to Murphy a few months ago. I make a stop here once or twice a week. Pricing is great and even if I get there later in the morning (9-10am) they still have a good selection to choose from because they don't run out of stock. We got donuts this morning, December 13th and they tasted like they were made yesterday. The apple fritter was overcooked and tasteless. The other donuts were dry to stale and hard.
