Never had an issue at this location until today. We ordered a burger with no bun as I have celiac, and tacos with no sauce or lettuce for the kids. We order this all the time, never had any issue. She gave us a burger with a bun, we went back and asked for them to fix it, and she was already visibly annoyed even though we were nice about it and just wanted it fixed. We then had to come back again because when the kids started to eat their tacos, they had sauce and lettuce. She rolled her eyes real big and said “We’ll fix them this time, but our tacos come with sauce and lettuce here.” I tried to explain that we ordered them with no sauce and no lettuce, but she just kept insisting that she’s worked here for a month and that’s how they’re made there. So I guess she’s just refusing to customize any orders? I asked for the name of the manager, and she said she was the manager. I asked if she was the GM because that’s who I wanted to speak with, and she refused to even respond. Read morePLEASE READ! I ordered a kids meal, four breakfast jacks, and four tacos. Drove home and to find my four breakfast jacks were NOT in my bag. Why am I giving five stars? Because humans are allowed to make mistakes. Its important to remember that mistakes are just that, mistakes. Nothing deliberate was done. I was irritated (naturally) as I made my second trip back to the drive thru and when I got there I explained what happened. The man at the window was very apologetic. He knew immediately who I was and gave me my breakfast jacks plus a free cheesecake. I didn't ask for a refund or scream and yell. I didn't video him and threaten to call corporate or post his face all over social media. I knew he was sincere and said it wasn't a problem and that mistakes happen. He handed me the cheesecake with a smile and apologized again. Not every mistake has be a negative review. Its how the mistake is corrected that matters. Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru on June 20th at around 2:30 pm, and asked first, if they accept apple pay. "Yes" they says. I ordered my food, tacos and a grape soda. I then pull up, pay with my phone and the drive thru worker, hispanic with glasses, tatoo on the arm, zero personality, says it didnt go thru. I said impossible and show him the balance on my phone and he says oh, we dont take apple. I said, you just said you did. He just stared at me. Luckily, I have enough loose change to pay for the tacos but not enough for the grape soda with no ice that he already poured. So he minuses the soda off of my meal. HAHAHAHA. I said are you going to pour that out instead of just crediting it to me and I can pay extra next time. He says, no i cant. wow. Shame because the tacos were on point but had to get out and buy a soda at a gas station because the 89c mightve bankrupted...
