This is one of the Starbucks I love. But this morning was very frustrating. My daughter was trying to order a Grande Apple Pie Frappuccino off of the Starbucks Secret Menu. So the first young lady we spoke to through the drive through said that they didn't make or have that drink on the menu. I informed her that it was on the secret menu and I had the recipe. She told me to hold and she got another young lady. Then I told her the exact same thing that I stated to the other young lady. She stated they didn't make that particular drink and that a customer made that up. So once again I stated that the frappuccino was on the Secret Menu and I had the recipe for making it. She started again with the negativity, so I told her nevermind. By then she decided she wanted to try and make the drink, but I told her it was okay because I was going to the Starbucks on 190 and N. Garland Ave. And they took the order and made the drink with perfection. I was really disappointed due to the simple fact that a gentleman in the evening had made the frappuccino at that same exact location for my daughter with no hesitation and for the first. Which I had stated to the ladies also. Also that same particular day, there was a young lady that didn't know how to ring the order up. But she got the gentleman and they teamed worked. Read moreNormally this location is very pleasant to deal with when they make a mistake with an order. The past two Sundays they made a hot chocolate in my order with espresso. This 2nd time I even asked them to be sure not to make the drink with espresso. When I went inside tovorrect the order the young man who took the order told me " Well sir, mistakes happen." When I reminded him I had asked not to have the drink with espresso he repeated his statement but with more attitude. One of his female associates followed it up immediately with "Thank you for your patience and understanding, sir." The attitude at this store on display today was very disappointing. So much that I called the Customer Care line to report it. I was told by the Customer Care associate that they have been receiving a lot of complaints about this location lately. This is sad because up until recently this has been a great location for Customer service. I hope they are able to rectify the attitude problem with a few associates who simply may not understand Customer service as it should...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Six people behind the counter and we were not acknowledged, not even to say, "Will be with you in a moment." I felt like we were inconvening them. Then when someone finally came to a register to take out order my daughter asked if they could still make a salted Carmel Macchiato and was told yes. Then Ryan said (another worker) we can make it without the salt. My daughter replied, "well that's what really makes the drink". Then what does Ryan do, rolled his eyes at my daughter!! She ordered something else. Also, my other daughter ordered a white chocolate mocha and it wasn't made right. Will not be coming back. So sorry to have bothered this...
