Arby's — Restaurant in Murray

It was our first time coming here. We are a family of 5 . We did not come in during a busy time, and from the time we got to the window to pay until we opened our bag. She kept asking us what we ordered, drinks and sandwiches. We asked her to double check the bags and she assured us everything was there. We got situated and went to drive off and she said oh wait here is your Reuben! We get home about 5 minutes later and my youngest daughters chicken sandwhich wasnt in the bag but we had roast beef sandwhich. Which she HATES roast beef. I have never been a fan of Arby's but gave it a try. My daughter ended up with my chicken sandwhich and I ended up with the one sandwhich I said I didnt want. Arby’s is best known for their killer beef and cheese sandwiches. Whichever size has the same melt in your mouth roast beef and melted cheese sauce that drips all over your hands. I also tried a crispy fish and cheese sandwich for the first time that my wife and I split. We both were satisfied with the crunchy outside and soft bun, however the fish lacked a fresh fish flavor and was more mushy than flaky on the inside. Other foods ordered were jalapeño poppers that are top notch. Especially with the Bronco Berry sauce that I would love to buy a gallon at a time. Mozzarella sticks are warm and tasty, along with the crunchy outside. Curly fries are warm and fresh. Overall Arby’s kitchen delivers great quality and delicious flavors except for the fish. Placed an onlinr order last night before 7pm, was told it would be ready at 6:54. When I went to the door it was locked, no problem I'll go thru the drive thru.....haha, they were closed. So they took my $28.46 with no dinner to show, so I went online and emailed them. When I called location this morning, Erika answered the phone. I explained the issue, and asked her to refund me my money from last night. I was told I would have to contact the online service, when I explained this wasn't my issue that they didn't turn off their online ordering when the closed she yelled at me and hung up!!! Very classy Arby's, very classy. Arby's here when it opened was very good, but obviously the owner cares as much about how Arby's is run just like their Rally's location...
