This review is based on the service that my mother Shirley P. received today 11/17/23 at 15:01 military time. She stated as soon as she walked in she was greeted with is this for here or to go very snappy. She couldn't wait until she got to the register. She let her know she didn't want to be bothered. No one was in the drive through line or waiting on their food. The only customer that was in there was leaving and he even stated that being in customer service calls for being friendly and he left out. Once she made it to the register she asked for the special that was showing outside for the two piece specials. The cashier snapped and said we have several specials. My mom stated she didn't respond back to the negative comment just said can I have the one showing for $13.99 and can she please have fresh fries. They told her a 20 minute wait.
My mother waited and once the cashier was bagging her food she through the sauce at the bottom of the bag. My mother feelings was some what hurt by the young ladies attitude and to make it even worse. It's her 68 birthday today and all she was trying to do is treat herself to a lunch since she barely eats fast food.
Please let customer service know that you never know what a person is going through. Your job is to make someone day just a little brighter. Or plan just be respectful of every customer.

Read moreAs someone who works in customer service, I am beyond disappointed in the service that I just experienced. When I first pulled up, the worker sounded as if she did not want to take my order. I was advised to wait in which I did. Once the worker answered, she had the same negative and bothered sound in her voice. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with being able to hear her on the intercom which seemed to only irritate her more. She was not pleasant to speak with, as she got louder with an even more unfriendly manner. I have never experienced this kind of service while trying to order food. I told the worker that I was okay, she was rude, and decided to take my business elsewhere. I love the shrimp from here and grew up with the one in Paris, TN. However, when you feel unwelcome while trying to order food, you dont want to come back. Its sad to hear other people state that they have has this similar experience. Whoever the blonde was that answered around 12:40ish needs to be spoken with on how to speak to a customer. This was very uncomfortable. Read moreAwful! They messed our order up along with like 3 others. Multiple orders were combined incorrectly. It was a cluster mess. They had to go back figure out the orders cook the correct ones. Another 15 minutes later my wife got her food. I was about done eating. Her grilled fish and shrimp were burnt. The food was so salty it wasn't edible. They kept our receipt from all the mess up so no possibility of filling out a survey. The 2 gentlemen that were seated long before we were finally got their food almost 45 min after ordering (they for sure should have got their money back). I felt bad for them. They stayed to us the only reason they stopped there instead of Sirloin Stockade was because they were going to have to wait 20 min. at Sirloin. They said they wouldn't make that decision again. And the whole time we were there the only person that was genuinely apologetic was the young man on the floor working the tables. He repeatedly apologized to all of us affected.
