Went to this Burger King last Saturday, November 23. Sometime between 4 or 5 give or take.
Window service was good. Food was some of the worst Burger King food we’ve ever had - due to the fact, all of it was old, nothing was made fresh.
Order was a large order consisting of: 1 whopper meal (lrg), 1 dill pickle whopper meal (lrg), 2 eight piece nuggets, 1 large order of chicken fries, 1 large order of cheesy tots.
NOTHING was fresh. They had us pull forward, and brought everything out in like one minute. No wait at all, bc they are making nothing fresh. They are pre-making everything, it’s just setting there, until someone comes and pays money for it, then they bag it up and give it to you. My husband said his whopper was disgusting. *Oh and the best part- he found a black wirey hair in his whopper. Disgusting. PUT HAIR NETS ON-PROPERLY. We’re gonna wait awhile to be back for obvious reasons. Fast food joints are swinging doors when it comes to employees, so hopefully after a while you’ll have new workers that actually care about doing their job well. If it’s still bad, we will never be returning to this...
Read moreI dont leave reviews ever but WOW!!!! Will never go to another burger King again have eaten at Popeyes once and firehouse subs once and food was sub par.... burger King has been ok when in a hurry... Did mobile order n paid online at 10pm last night / when went to pick up at window, Horrible night manager was rude, told me to pull to the side.... I said what spot she said it didn't matter. I sat out there for 25 minutes and they ran 10 cars through the drive through. I went back this morning and asked for a manager who said well without a receipt there's nothing I can do. It was a mobile order and the doors were locked. At this day in age it is unfortunate that not many care about taking pride in their work and I get it - probably not their dream job. But, wow. Haha. I mean really, wow... over $5?? Good luck to the parent organization. "RBI owns quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. Read moreNot a good experience with using one of their survey coupons today. The coupon was for a free whopper with a purchase. That's all that the requirement showed. When we ordered at the drive-through the worker said we had to order fries and a small drink to get the free whopper. We tried to explain all the coupon said was we had to make a purchase and we wanted to order a whopper then get the other whopper free. After differing discussion we changed our order, but, not before people started honking in the line. When we approached the window we showed the worker the coupon and she agreed with us about the wording. She then showed it to the manager, who, after looking at the coupon on both sides showed us another explanation on the back side which showed a different offer. It was very confusing. Using a coupon shouldn't require detective work!! Just a frustrating experience. I do, however, like Burger King's food for lunch and will continue to eat there on occasion. Doubtful we'll fill out anymore surveys. I don't need a headache...
