I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter, we’ll call her J. She said when she pulled up everything looked normal, there was en employee inside and all the lights are on including the open sign. When J reached the entrance she even noticed a sign on the doors about new hours. She then grabbed the door handle to go inside and it was locked. J said at first she thought maybe it was just a mistake and they accidentally locked the door. When she looked inside she saw a female employee mopping and tried to get her attention by knocking on and rattling the door but the employee just ignored her. J said I finally just stood there for at least five minutes waiting for the employee to acknowledge her. The employee finally looked up and stared daggers at my daughter. J said the employee then started tapping her wrist as if there was a watch insinuating it was too late. My daughter then double checked and pointed at the sign on the store entrance that listed 9 PM as closing time. When she tried to get the employee’s attention again they went back to just ignoring her. So she went back to her car and left.
J told me she it had already been difficult day and that experience just made worse, she said once she got back in her car she just wanted to cry. She then drove o to a different subway in Taylorsville that apparently treated her very well.
When she told me about that experience, I was just dumbfounded! Then I thought if they’re willing to do something like that to her I could only imagine what other customers have gone through. So I started reading reviews and they did not disappoint, terrible customer service and terrible food has become this stores specialty. Apparently they accomplish by employing staff with little to no training, bad Customer Service skills with leadership that is either clueless or too...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered 2 sandwiches and made them meals and then got a churro. We did have it delivered. When our order was delivered, we only got our sandwiches. I called the store and spoke with Ashley. She admitted that they got busy and forgot the churro. I then spoke with her manager named Travis. We were told if we came into the store he would help us make it right, but we were in the process of working. We decided to worry about it later and started eating the sandwiches. That's when we realized we didn't even get the right sandwiches! We went to the store after work and spoke to Travis who then told us they couldn't do anything! After being at the store for almost an hour, we finally got a hold of Pablo who was the owner. He offered to remake the sandwiches, but was not willing to do anything for the chips and drinks or the churro that they forgot. Finally after arguing with him, he finally agreed to a full refund. Highly disappointing to be treated like we were trying to rip off the store! I will NEVER go back to this...
Read moreI ordered on the app before going to work & it said my order was ready for pick up so I went to the store and there was only 1 worker there. Not his fault & he was polite but I waited on the side to pick up my prepaid order and leave instead of waiting in line like most subways let you do. Turns out it wasn’t even started & I had to wait almost 15 mins for everyone else in line & for mine to be made too when it was my turn. He was trying to read the receipt from the order while making it and accidentally put mustard all over it when it was supposed to be honey mustard so he said sorry and squeezed both on it. The sandwich was so soggy that my wrapper & bag ripped at work. I was also almost late getting there & would have just cancelled my order had I known it wasn’t ready like it showed in the app. Super frustrating 🫠 seems like this storefront has a lot of staffing issues and maybe shouldn’t offer mobile orders if there isn’t anyone to...
