They still suck!! 8/31/25

Disappointed in food quality today Sunday Feb. 9 2025. Called for a take out of menudo. Their menudo lately has been horrible in taste, quality & freshness. Today the menudo had too much red pasty sauce which is weird, it just hasn't been fresh the last 2 takeouts (waste of money)! I called the restaurant to let them know that the quality was bad and a young man answered the phone, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he told me there was no managers or supervisor or anyone overseeing the operation. There was no one available to assist me. Without asking me to hold a woman's voice comes on and I go through it all again explainig everything and she just can't help me either. She wanted to take a message and give to manager and owner when available and I just said no because it be a waste thing to do. I asked for the restaurant managers name or owner so that I may go in person and she told me she could not give me that info, really? How can there be no one overseeing this business operation? This place was on the way home from the kids dentist, located on 215 and Los Alamos. The biggest take backs from this soot is that the restaurant is very nice and clean and the staff was very accomodating. We ordered for for here and to go and they were nice enough to offer to do the to go order fresh, The little things you know! The price of the food is fair and the portions are good size. That being said the wife ordered the special combo B which was a tostada, enchilada, and taco. Everything was pretty good but I feel there was a lack of seasoning through all the dishes. The same thing goes for my fish burrito. So I think for a fairly priced item you get what you pay for. Oh and try the Habanero salsa! You will leave full.
