PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Murrysville

The Murrysville location is exceptional. Everyone who works there is very professional, helpful and goes above and beyond. Julie and her staff always have a smile on the face and are patient when my husband and I can't decide which hoagie to buy. Appreciate this.

There is a negative google review from someone who had posted negative reviews for many other small business. This sums up the personality of this disgruntled person.

I have noted in a review that this is very expensive. We pay for what we get which is quality meats and cheeses and freshly cut. The bread is baked daily. I can go on and on and will day my husband and I don't find Primo Hoagies to be expensive. I liked this spot the other day, so I stopped by again today for a repeat visit. Apparently there had been an issue with my card declining, which the cashier promptly yelled to me from across the store. I offered cash and to remedy the issue, but this wasn't satisfactory enough to the worker, who continued to yell at me across the store about the payment issue from my prior visit.

At this point I told her she could keep the sandwich I had just paid for and promptly left without repeating my business. I guess yelling at me for her own mistakes was more important to her, because why was I allowed to leave with my sandwich the first visit if the card declined?

Obviously, if I came back I wasn't trying to stiff anyone. Why you'd chase good customers away when no one else is there...

Tried the soprano turkey - piled high with QUALITY turkey and the cheese was KILLER (I think it was a sharp provolone but not sure. Flavor of cheese was absolutely delicious.) pickles were perfect blend of sour/spice. Our server turned out to be the owner - super patient explaining all the choices & options. It’s a little on the pricey side but I don’t mind shelling out a little more for good quality. Also tried their macaroni salad (nice & creamy) and store brand chips (yum). Glad I joined the frequent flyer group - will definitely be going back again. Huge menu, lots of options....
